Take your time when eating your meals and spend at least 20 minutes. Also, eat until you are about 80% full as this will let hunger hormones like leptin kick in and signal your brain to let you your stomach has had enough.

Prepare to have your minds blown: an age old question has been answered!
Other than the obvious response of "because you drank too much," do you know why we have to get up in the middle of the night to pee??

So Courtney Stodden posted this video, and wants you to work out with her… or something!
This is either the worst or best work out video we've ever seen. It's short and to-the-point, with very little instruction and a nice beat — not bad!
It's also 45 seconds long and in slow motion and features Courtney Stodden, and everyone knows her story, which makes this a LITTLE unsavory. Ha!
Either way, the clip (above) is for your eyes so you better watch!

In order to eat less and enjoy your food more, NEVER eat in front of the television or computer. If you are distracted when you eat, you will eat faster, you will eat more and you will not even enjoy your food. Try making your meals a little more important and more of an event during the day. You will end up enjoying your food much more and you will eat slower (which also means you will eat less).

Eat slower. Scarfing down food quickly is one of the easiest ways to overeat. Slow down and allow your body time to process and you will most certainly eat less.

Oh no! The lines at Starbucks are about to get even longer!
Customers have long been complaining that Starbucks has become an assembly-line, heartless coffee shop. In response, Starbucks executives have told baristas to slow down and make each coffee drink with more care than before.
Baristas are no longer allowed to work on more than two cups of coffee at once, and have to steam milk for each individual drink rather than making a pitcher and using it multiple times. One barista said that the changes will double the time it takes them to make the coffee.
We like the sentiment behind this idea, but we DO NOT like the idea of waiting twice as long in lines! When it’s time to get coffee in the morning we need it right away!
