Sly Stone has entered a plea deal to keep him from behind bars.
The frontman of Sly and the Family Stone was busted on cocaine charges earlier this year. He was also homeless and living in his van at the time.
As reported earlier, Sly is serving a 30 day stint in rehab and under the plea deal, he agrees to serve an extra 60 days.
If completed on time, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member can walk free and the case will be dropped outright.
We're rooting for you, Sly.
