We love Megan Hilty!
But we're not loving the outfit she wore to the opening night of Matilda The Musical in NYC on Thursday.
Though her animal print dress is cute and figure-flattering, it reminds us too much of her last red carpet ensem.
And the pattern and silhouette are way too similar to this look from earlier in the year.
It definitely makes sense to stick to what works, but the Smash actress has an AH-MAZING bod and would look gorgeous in all kinds of prints and colors.
We'd love to see her in something bright and vibrant for a change!
Heed our words for next time, Megan!

Hacking off one's hair can be so pleasantly liberating.
And we wonder if Katharine McPhee was going for a specific kind of liberation when she chopped off her wavy shoulder-length tresses in favor of a chin-length bob.
Is this a kiss-off to Smash? Or an adios to winter?
Regardless of the reason, we gotta admit we rather like this blunt cut as juxtaposed against Katharine's delicate bone structure.
The actress showed it off at LAX airport on Wednesday in a geek-chic outfit of collared shirt and gray sweater paired with hipster-y glasses.
But check out her footwear! Patchwork blue suede booties with side cut-outs!
Are U feeling Katharine's new 'do???

We could totally see a modern-day Cinderella flaunting her houseworked-out bod in this ensem!
Megan Hilty sported a brown bodycon Z Spoke dress to the opening of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella on Broadway Sunday night in NYC.
The Smash star's simple outfit made the most of her curves and her tousled blonde bob gave off a grown-up Disney princess vibe!
An MCL clutch and satin peep-toe pumps were the finishing touches on her look.

Katharine McPhee attended the amfAR Gala in New York wearing a white Theyskens' Theory long-sleeved dress featuring delicate perforations throughout.
It was just a tad too virginal for our tastes.
Strappy black heels, Jacob & Co. jewels and tousled wavy 'do completed the look.
At least the Smash actress has that gorgeous face to fall back on, though!

Katharine McPhee earns her cover girl stripes on the February issue of Lucky magazine.
As much as we love us some McPhee, we wish they left out a stripe or 10. It's just way too much!
The rest of the spread, which included looks from Valentino, Alberta Ferretti and Nanette Lepore, wasn't a huge improvement, but still would have made a better cover.
But don't let this cover fool you. Katharine's all about style! The Smash actress opened up to the mag about her style transformation over the years and her general love of fashion.
Here are some HIGHlights:

They’re beautiful on the inside too!
Christy Turlington and Debra Messing attended the United Nations Every Woman Every Child Dinner on Tuesday night in NYC.
The supermodel has been in a serious menswear funk and wore a black and blue top, paired with black pants and peep toe heels. She rolled the cuffs on her blazer to reveal white pinstripe lining, adding a contrasting color.
The Smash actress went with a more feminine ensemble in a sleek long-sleeved black dress and platform heels. She kept her look dark with a black clutch and even some black nails.
Both Christy and Debra looked very different, but chic in their own ways.
Which look do U prefer???

Katharine McPhee took her act off stage on Wednesday night to attend the Style Awards.
The Smash star arrived at Lincoln Center in a garish Peter Pilotto Resort bodycon dress and Charlotte Olympia gold platform pumps that matched her R&Y Augousti clutch and Miriam Salat jewelry.
We're a little confused with the teal shoe choice, but other than that Katharine looks good.
Do U agree???
