Spokesman for the Smithsonian's National Museum of African Art, Eddie Burke, explained on Wednesday that museum will not be changing the collection the 78-year-old funded.
The scandalized star gifted $716,000 in order to fund the exhibit, and he and his wife, Camille, also provided about one-third of the pieces on display from their own private collection.
Eddie said that the exhibit will remain at the museum until January 24, when it is scheduled to close.
The Smithsonian had already posted a disclaimer, saying that the facility does not condone the comedian's alleged actions, but there will be no changes made to that message in light of the new aggravated indecent assault charge.
What do U think about all this, Perezcious readers?
