Quick, what's the best part of Halloween?

The costumes, right. Exactly, that's what we were thinking too… Ha!

Well, the other best part of Halloween is the treat part of Trick Or Treat — when you're a kid, this is the epitome of the Holiday. For parents, this means you can have your kids do all the candy looting for you!

Of course, with lots of candy comes a great health responsibility: don't over-do it. If you can avoid these SEVEN deadly candies, you can indulge in a little more from the others.

We've previously mentioned that despite all the information out there, Americans are still eating too much salt!

And it's not always our fault!

Most of our sodium comes from restaurants and processed foods, so we don't even know how much salt we're eating.

BREAKFAST. WAFFLE. SANDWICH.

breakfast waffle sandwich

Jack in the Box, you harsh mistress.

Ch-ch-check out this new abomination deliciously unhealthy sandwich from the fast food joint: the Breakfast Waffle Sandwich!

This would be bigger news, but the McGriddle has been out for quite some time — though, this has “country-grilled sausage” layered between two waffles, sweetened with maple instead of griddles.

So it doesn't matter that the McGriddle has been out so long, because we all know waffles kick the ass of griddles every single day. It's no contest.

The problem, like with all gimmick food, is that it's terrible for you: 479 calories, 33 grams of fat, 11 grams of saturated fat, 1 gram of trans fat, 271 milligrams of cholesterol, 983 milligrams of sodium, 24 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 6 grams of sugar, and 19 grams of protein.

Luckily, you can justify that because it's just $2.79 plus tax a la carte, or $4.19 plus tax for a combo.

Well, maybe.

Does this look good to U??
