When the spirit of his dead grandfather told him to get married, 8-year-old Sanele Masilela listened- and so did his family, paying over 1,000 pounds for the wedding!

The Tshwane, South Africa boy was married in a ritual ceremony to Helen Shabangu, a 61-year-old friend of the family!

A very pregnant 17-year-old woman named Fatawmatt Kaba was on a flight from South Africa to New York City when her water broke!

While the crew were deciding whether or not to divert the flight, one doctor who was a passenger on board took charge and ended up delivering a very healthy baby boy named Mamel Joella!

The fact that Isabella "Pippi" Kruger is alive is one miracle. She radiates, she dazzles, she (insert awesome word here).

Life wasn't so pretty, however, for the starlet growing up as she apparently had no teeth!

Say what?!

Here's what the actress said:

"My early childhood was quite devastating. I had no teeth until I was 11. I had these fangs because I had jaundice when I was a kid and I was put on so many antibiotics that my teeth rotted. They had to cut them out. So I never had milk teeth. That was tough, you know, being in school having photos taken while I was pretending I had teeth. It was hideous."

Ouch!

We're sure that can be quite traumatic to be left without any teeth while growing up.

Kids can be quite vicious when they're given ammunition such as that.

Although we still can't help but feel even a toothless Charlize was still a pretty young thang.

Also the fact that she's so gorgeous now probably makes those growing pains sting just a little bit less.

What a great end to these girls' journey!

Before the Golden Globes on Sunday, the girls from Oprah's school in South Africa gradauted on Saturday.

The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls graduated its first class and out of the 75 girls who enrolled in 2007, already 72 will be walking the aisle.

What's even better? Every graduate is going to college!!!

The girls will be headed to South African and American universities.

Oprah commented on the girls' special day, saying:

Every single girl is going to leave here with soothing greater to offer the world than her body.

I know what it's like to be a poor girl with your heart's desire to do well in the world. I chose to use my philanthropy to do what I know.

Way to go, gurls!!!!!
