She's always in and out of the gym.

This time she was wearing the standard workout gear (mostly black spandex) and carrying a water bottle.

We can't confirm whether or not that's vodka or water, but we're pretty sure it's water. Because she keeps it healthy! Ha!

Patrick Dempsey, an avid cycling enthusiast, wore his finest racing spandex in Beverly Hills on Wednesday to announce that the ritzy El Lay county city would host stage 8 of the 2012 Amgen Tour of California.

The 8th and final stage of California's biggest cycling event will send riders on a 44.7 mile journey through Los Angeles until they cross the finish line at L.A. Live.

Mila Kunis wore figure hugging and, in effect, complimenting spandex as she walked toward the gym with her personal trainer.

The pair stopped and grabbed a coffee beforehand, which can offer pros and cons for a workout. Caffeine is a known diuretic, but can also increase free flowing fatty acids from fat stores to allow access to fat instead of carbs or lean muscle for energy.

It isn't bad for losing stubborn fat, but on the other hand, it isn't recommended for buffing up.
