We think this is a pretty great idea! Nobody knows what it's like better than they do!

Disney execs are apparently looking to prevent their younger stars from having meltdowns in the wake of the Demi Lovato 'incident,' and have reportedly asked former child stars - and exes - Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake to come in and speak with the up-and-comers!

A source reveals:

'Justin and Britney have been asked if they would like to come in and speak to their younger counterparts about the tribulations of being famous so young. The Disney bosses think that if they have people to look up to they might stay on the straight and narrow.’

Ooh! We know that this has nothing to do with this, but we can't help but wonder if they'll finally cross paths again!

Either way, those kids could definitely use some advice from those two! Brit Brit has come so far, and we think that she especially could give some really solid guidance to these young kids on how to keep themselves grounded.

It's just a shame that Disney wasn't doing this from day one.

Pete Wentz recently revealed that his son with ASSlee Simpson, Bronx Mowgli, spends so much time with his nanny, that he's started speaking her native language - Spanish!

He reveals:

"He's speaking some Spanish! He's started saying, 'Sí.' I always ask him stuff, and he'll be like, 'Sí. I speak pretty bad Spanish but we have this fantastic nanny and she speaks Spanish to him. I think it's really important to be global."

Well isn't that precious?

We can't wait until the day they come home and see him calling the nanny 'madre' too! We're sure they'll be thrilled!
