A few days after Christmas, David Hasselhoff's daughter, Hayley was arrested for speeding while being under the influence, and now, homegirl is being charged with a DUI!!

The prosecutors filed the accusation against Hayley on January 3, and unfortunately for her, if she's found guilty, she's looking at spending up to six months in the BIG HOUSE.

Following his alleged vicious fight with Frank Ocean, the police laid down the law when they spotted him speeding, doing a 60 in a 35!

The Beverly Hills cop gave him a ticket and let him go about his way.

Ok, well technically Frank Ocean wasn't fondling the bud of sticky green, but Cops DID find some pot nestled in his pocket!

The critically acclaimed artist was pulled over on New Years Eve for going 90 in a 65 zone, in Mono County, CA…

And when the po-lice approached his vehicle they apparently caught a whiffy whiff of marijuana!

After searching Mr. Ocean, cops found a small amount of bud in the rapper's pocket.

He ended up with a citation for possessing the drug, for his tinted windows, AND for driving with a suspended license — which they totally confiscated.

Thus, poor Franky had to have his passenger drive him home.

Michael Turner, the Atlanta Falcons player who was recently busted for a DUI, has apologized.

Unlike many players before him, he pretty quickly owned up to his actions and addressed the media, saying:

Justin Bieber got in trouble with the law last week when he was pulled over for driving dangerously fast on the 101 Freeway and, as we reported over the weekend, he's not going down alone.

Before he filed a harassment complaint against an aggressive paparazzo, he made sure to call 911 to get the story straight and tell the authorities WHY he "was driving like a maniac."

In the 15-minute phone conversation (above), the pop star is pretty calm and collected while talking to several operators, who sound pretty sympathetic to his situation. He tells them the entire story about being tailed, trying to escape and getting pulled over as a result.

At the 9:23 mark, you'll hear him start to tell his side of the story. He sounds pretty angered by how the LAPD handled the situation too, as he explained:
