A perfectly styled curly high ponytail and spiked barrettes completed Miss Kelly O's cheer captain outfit.

That's the look that Britney Spears was totally workin' while grabbing some lunch and Starbucks (of course) just before heading into her live taping of X Factor on Thursday.

She wore a cream sweater with little shoulder spikes, skinny jeans, black boots, and her gray fedora as she met up with some friends.

With the edgy spikes and the soft preppy sweater, it's almost as if it's a perfect description of Mz. Spears herself!

We practically squealed when Kristen Stewart arrived at the MTV Movie Awards tonight.

The Twilight starlet rocked the red carpet in a fierce deluxe red leather Balmain mini dress adorned with safety pins, studs and rhinestones.

It's so KStew and that's why we like it. She's not trying too hard, she doesn't look uncomfortable. It just works.

Christian Louboutins can be dangerous, just ask Jennifer Lopez!

During Sunday night's Grammy Awards the paramedics rushed to Jenny's dressing room after accidentally stabbing her foot with one of the spikes on her Very Mix Peep Toe shoes.

A source reveals:

"Her stylist was freaking out because Jennifer accidentally punctured herself with one of the many spikes on her shoes. It was a small puncture, but the blood wouldn't stop and J-Lo still had to present an award."

After assessing the situation, paramedics moved quickly to stop the bleeding and covered it with two band aids.
