The model was virginal in white at another SI party in 1 Oak Nightclub at the Mirage in Las Vegas on Thursday.

Her draped, one-shoulder dress hit slightly below the knee and was paired with lace platform pumps and double-stranded diamond necklace.

The buxom cover girl walked the red carpet at Caesar's Palace in a cleavage-covering Christian Dior dress with criss-cross back and black Christian Louboutin pumps.

Of all places to dress demure!

Whatevs, we can't really complain because Kate really does look great!

Opting for a wine-colored Lanvin strapless dress that barely kept her boobage in check and studded Valentino pumps, Kate happily posed with her second SI cover.

Sadly, there were no nip slips.

It's only a matter of time, though!

She braved subzero temps in Antarctica, but apparently the NYC chill was too much!

Kate Upton posed for photogs ahead of her appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman on Monday night wearing a quilted down jacket and black Louboutin pumps.

Much to everyone's delight, however, she quickly slipped off her bulky coat to reveal a teeny one-shoulder LBD underneath. And according to her internal thermometers it was nipply in the Big Apple!

LOLz!

The supermodel was not only there to promote her second appearance on the cover of Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue, but also to provide some fantasy fodder for lonely men the world over.

How kind!

We really hope these men are sufficiently grateful that Kate keeps putting herself at risk of hypothermia for them!

Kate Upton, who is clearly having the best year EVER, is on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue for the second year in the row!

This is the first time this has happened since Elle Macpherson scored the cover an AMAZING three times in a row back in 1986, 1987, and 1988!

Kate shot the 2013 cover in the middle of December in Antarctica, where it was a nipples cutting glass 35 degrees BELOW ZERO, yet she still manages to look hawt!

And those tatas of hers? FABULOUS!
