Bet no one saw THAT coming.

Chris Brown obvi doesn’t give a sh*t about anyone but himself, as he proves over and over again.

After neighbors complained about the singer’s nightmarish grinning graffiti that is oddly reminiscent of Monsters, Inc’s Monstropois monsters, the city intervened and told Breezy to cover up the murals ASAP.

When Chris was asked if he would oblige, can you guess what his answer was??

We’re sure you can, but in case you couldn’t: he rudely said his graffiti is “stayin' up”, and threw in a distasteful cuss word while he was at it.

Why, Breezy, why???

We know that Chris will be heavily fined for keeping his art up, but considering that he wouldn’t pay a valet a measly $10 for his services, we can’t imagine he’d be too keen to cough up cash for the city.

We REALLY hope Rihanna doesn’t get back together with this bad boy.

Breezy's in so much troubleezy for his home graffizy!

Chris Brown fought the law and the law won after his neighbors complained about "unpermitted and excessive signage" outside his multi-million dollar El Lay mansion.

The City of Los Angeles ordered the Don't Judge Me singer spray can artist to fork over $376 for an inspection and then threatened him with super stringent fines if he fails to clean up his mess soon!

Earlier it was unclear whether Chris was a victim of vandalism or the dude behind the wall desecration, but sources now say Chris definitely did the tagging himself.

One might think homeowners could decorate their property however they see fit, but scorned neighbors will go to great lengths to make life hell!!

Well, would you look at that?!

Chris Brown, you are a man of many temperaments talents!

The singer's 2009 album was called Graffiti, but up until recently, we had no idea that he was also actually quite skilled in the street artform!

Wednesday he was spotted spray painting a new mural on the side of a building in Miami, although we're not sure whether or not it was for charity this time!

Although we'd assume so - otherwise, it would be considered vandalism! LOLz!

But check out the finished product (above)!

Kind of looks like a Looney Tunes version of Día de los Muertos, doesn't it?!

Not too shabby, Breezy!

In fact, we think that this could be a very therapeutic and calming past-time for you, don't you think?!

You could even do the cover art for your new album!

Charlie Sheen's ex-misses Brooke Mueller, who has a history of drug problems, maintains she did NOT pass out due a drug overdose before being taken to the hospital this past Friday, AND that her 3-year-old twins were being well taken care of by their live-in nanny during the whole event.

Friday evening just HOURS after her hospital stay, Brooke was spotted out in LA with a black substance all over her hands…

But don't worry, it's not ash from some sort of drug smoking device, its simply spray paint residue leftover from Brooke's artwork.

Cause Brooke has apparently been on a jewelry making, artistic kick recently… OBVI.

Well, we're glad Brookie's kids are alright and we're happy that Brooke has found a healthy, artistic outlet…

Just don't go huffin' on that spray paint, dear!

Kate Moss and Jamie Hince came home to a sweet wedding gift from graffiti artist Banksy.

While the newlyweds went on their lavish honeymoon in the Mediterranean, a friend of the couple would come over in the middle of night to let the mysterious artist in their house and tag the bathroom.

A source says:

"Kate wants modern British images of things like rock bands, William and Kate, and Topshop on walls in her house. She’s very London and very British, and Banksy is the ultimate British chronicler so his surprise work will look incredible. She was planning to have a party to show it all off when it’s finished."

Having Banksy's art in the bathroom is probably a smart idea because if Kate ever gets burgled again they can't make off with it!
