Uh, okay! We’d say she’s ready to hit the slopes!

Lindsey Vonn has been working tirelessly to make sure she’s back to skiing at the first sight of winter.

And after seeing this, we’re pretty sure she’s back to 100%.

The Olympian posted this pic (above) to her Facebook on Monday, indicating that she was doing a strength test, and she killed it!

Each of those red plates weighs 25kg, plus the weight of the bar, and an additional plate on each end, but we can’t quite make out the weight.

Regardless, that’s still at least 165lbs on either side!

So, basically, she can squat Tiger Woods. LOLz!

Maybe Lindsey and Coco should have a squat-off. Who do you think would win???

QuickFit Tip Of The Day

Besides squats, lunges are my favorite thing to do for a great butt work out. It is also great for your hamstrings and glutes.

Stand straight, keep your hands on your hips. lunge forward and lower your body down, the lower you go the better it is for your butt.

Remember to keep your back straight . Stand back and switch off to other legs, and repeat. I try to do 2 reps of 10 each.
