Kate Winslet Drops By The CFDA Exhibit In Her LBD


Kate Winslet kept it simple and elegant at the opening night of Impact: 50 Years of the CFDA at the Fashion Institute of Technology Thursday night.

The British lovely looked sleek in her long sleeved St. John LBD, coupled together with black Roger Vivier peep toe heels and silver earrings and cuff.

Kate toured the exhibit which featured designs by heavyweights like Tom Ford, Donna Karan, Diane von Furstenberg and Marc Jacobs just to name a few.

We wonder if she took any ideas for her wardrobe home with her!

Behind The Scenes Of Kate Winslet's St. John Campaign

As we all know, Kate Winslet is the new face of St. John and she couldn't be happier.

A Sneak Peek At Kate Winslet's St. John Campaign

Just two weeks after announcing Kate Winslet as their new celebrity face, St. John has already released some of the images!

Kate's campaign was shot in an old movie theater Jersey City because they wanted the ads to feel "authentic. She explains:

"They want to keep it looking like me and not have it look like me pretending to be a model wearing these clothes. I’m obviously not a model. I’m not the size of a model. I don’t have the face of a model or the shape of a model."

Could someone please explain that philosophy to Lancôme?!

St. John Gets A New Celebrity Face


Kate Winslet is about to add another endorsement deal under her belt.

The British actress has been tapped by luxury knitwear label St. John to front their fall campaign.

Kate is scheduled to shoot the ads with photographer Craig McDean in New Jersey today.

We just hope they don't airbrush her to oblivion like Lancôme.

When Rock Meets St. John

Talk about an odd collaboration!

Mötley Crüe member Nikki Sixx has teamed up with former St. John CEO Kelly Gray for a not-so-new clothing line.

The line's called Royal Underground and has been around for almost 4 years!


The duo just unveiled their fall collection, which incorporates influences from both Nikki and Kelly's background.
