The gorgeous model stripped down to her birthday suit for St. Tropez's new ads, showing off a toned tummy, butt, and legs.

Now that she's the new face AND body of the self-tan brand, we see can why the bronzed beauty was chosen.

As it turns out, she's been a longtime fan of the brand, saying:

"St. Tropez is a trustworthy brand, people know it and it's a natural looking tan. That's what people want when they don't want something orange."

We don't see a single orange streak at all on that body! Kate's got nothing but a flawless sunny look!

Yes, that's right. REAL diamonds, which means it's not cheap!

The jeweled tan in a can will set you back $318 and will be available for a limited time at Selfridges London next month.

This has Rihanna's name all over it! On second thought, she'd probably only buy into it if there was marijuana in the formula. Ha!
