Is three times a charm?

A third witness, a friend of the victim who alleges Lindsay Lohan attacked her, has stepped forward and claims that Lindsay Lohan was DEFINITELY at the Standard on the night of the incident.

The new witness contends Lohan absolutely shoved her friend, Marissa Dugas, and has filed an official statement to the Los Angeles Police.

Uh Oh, LiLo… not so fast!! Have the tables turned??

Attorney Mark Haushalter represents the woman who claims Lindsay Lohan assaulted her at the Standard's Smoke and Mirrors nightclub. And he seems like he means business!

He asserts that Linds is lying about her whereabouts the night of the accusations, claiming to have TWO witnesses that can place her at the club that evening.

Hmm… two witnesses… but how credible are they???

We're not saying we don't believe Lindsay isn't capable of falling into more drama, but we also know there are plenty of people who would lie for a check!!

And what a perfect time to come out and make up a story, LOL! Maybe the alleged victim thinks Lindsay's team would rather pay for silence than drag on more bad publicity.

But if that's the case, she should have evaluated how much money Lindsay probably actually has right now. She's not exactly Angelina Jolie right now, LOL!!

Still, this lawyer believes in his client and he is ready to FIGHT!

Nicki Minaj has dropped the tracklist for both the standard and deluxe editions of her upcoming album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, and as to be expected from the rapper, she did not hold back!

That's right: 19 songs on the standard edition and 22 on the deluxe! And no Roman in Moscow!

And Masquerade is listed on the deluxe version - with no mention of Britney Spears! But neither is David Guetta for Turn Me On!

Maybe she's got one more surprise up her sleeve?!

Similar to the Energy Star ratings on the front of household appliances, a panel of experts from the Institute of Medicine is recommending easy-to-read nutritional value labels that rate packaged food.

A two year study has confirmed that front-of-pack labels highlighting healthy ingredients ("high in vitamin C!") while ignoring unhealthy ingredients ("even higher in sodium!") are actually just confusing the public.

Since labels vary from product to product, the IOM panel is advocating a standard label for all products. It would not only show calories per serving at a glance, but would also provide a three-point checkmark (or star) system to indicated if the product contains healthy levels of sodium, sugar, and fat.

The system would give products one point for having low enough levels of each of the three nutrients "of concern" listed above.

For example, whole wheat bread would have three points, while gram crackers would only receive two points because of low levels of fat and sodium, but high sugar.

Grocery store lobbyists aren't a fan of this proposed method of grading food, saying:

"We believe the most effective programs are those that trust consumers and not ones that tell consumers what they should and should not eat."

At the end of the day, it will all be up to the Food and Drug Administration, who is in charge of the nutrition label overhaul.

Hey! Maybe they thought that she should be working at the place her career went a loooong time ago!

LOLz! We kid, we kid...but not really.

Now that she's managed to spring herself out of jail for the time being, Lindsay Lohan is expected to start right up on her court-mandated 480 hours of community service - and as we reported, this time, she'll be working at the El Lay County Morgue!

However, don't expect the formerly hard-pAArtying actress to have to deal with any of the corpses during her time there, as an insider has revealed the details of the duties she's expected to perform, and it sounds mostly like typical maintenance!

They explain:

"Her duties include cleaning and maintenance but she would not clean the actual crypts where the bodies are stored. Her day will begin at around 8am and she will be given one hour off for lunch before finishing her day at 4pm. The people doing the community service are usually split-up into groups of around five and they are supervised all the time. They are allowed to wear their own street clothes and do not have to wear state prison uniforms or anything like that. Generally, there are no problems with people that do community service at the morgue as long as they keep their heads down and just get on with their duties. Lindsay Lohan would be treated just like anyone else; there would be no special treatment and she would have general janitorial style duties which would involve cleaning different areas and emptying trash, stuff like that. It can be hard work but community service is not supposed to be easy, it’s a punishment after all."

Indeed! And even this sounds pretty easy - despite its location!

Welcome to the 40 hour work week, gurl!

Be grateful - this is what the majority of people do on a daily basis, and not as a punishment, but a career!

Who knows? Maybe this will be a very beneficial experience for her in the long run!
