Boston's Marathon tragedy wasn't enough and would never be enough to keep the city and the nation from continuing on with their lives, just as strong as ever! This gave us the right kind of chills AND made us tear up!
That's why the Boston Bruins game — the first major event since the attack — meant so much to the city. Not only did they have an amazing turnout of fearless spectators, but when the Star Spangled Banner started to play, it was a moment so powerful, so moving, that you just have to watch and listen for yourselves.
She may have flubbed some lyrics during the Star Spangled Banner at the Super Bowl last time, but that isn't keeping Christina Aguilera down — nope. In fact, she's open to performing again, despite the embarrassment from the last time!
"I'm open. Hey, I'm up for any challenge, any time any day."
Sounds a little cocky to us. Like, maybe if she's super confident about it nobody will call her on it style.
Though, she did say she took the mess-up in stride, and found it amusing.
New Girl star Zooey Deschanel put her musical talent to good use on Sunday and belted out the The Star Spangled Banner to start Game 4 of the World Series.
She was a good luck charm for the Texas Rangers who won 4-0 against the St. Louis Cardinals to tie the series 2-2.
