The House of Blues had a block's worth of crazed fanatics DYING to enter the Sunset Blvd venue so they could feast their eyes on StarKid last night!

But not just StarKid… THE Darren Criss was in attendance once again!! After opening for the zany boys Wednesday night, he stuck around to help them end their Apocalyptour with a BANG BANG BANG!

In fact, he has a five year plan to make it happen!

Before he became a man of Broadway (Good luck tonight, BTW!), before he put on his first Dalton sweater vest, Darren Criss was just a boy with a dream. He wanted to make music and theater and laughter and song. He accomplished this with his own theater group called StarKid, who rose to notoriety with their Harry Potter musical. To this day, it is still one of the most watched videos on YouTube, but that show might be making its way to a real Broadway stage very soon. Or perhaps the sequel. Or even Team StarKid's recent musical, Starship.

Turns out, with all the success he's gotten, Darren hasn't forgotten about his humble beginnings and told the New York Times that he hopes to have the resources and connections in the next five years to put his StarKid shows to Broadway.

That would be just … TREMENDOUS! There would be no way in the world we would miss that! Hey, if Twilight: The Musical and The Harry Potter Musical got to the Great White Way at the same time, do you think Midtown would just turn into a war zone of fandoms?!

Our fingers are crossed for you, baby! We want it to happen! You deserve this!

Gotta say, there is something really satisfying about seeing him with the old gang again.

Over the weekend, as the group known as StarKid brought their tour to a close on the east coast, Darren Criss joined his former comrades in Boston and New York to perform some classic jams!

In the video above, you can watch Darren return to the role that made him a name all over the internet in a rousing rendition of Going Back To Hogwarts. (Warning: Turn down your speakers!!!)

Our first real encounter with all you StarKid fans was really something else, so we imagine that this news is going to send you guys into a frenzy of epic proportions.

StarKid is planning a tour around the country with stops in 14-cities this fall, bringing you the music from the YouTube videos you love the most. That's right, we're talking numbers from A Very Potter Musical, Me and My Dick and Starship all performed LIVE. But for some of you, the group just isn't the same without one of their original fearless leaders center stage. Darren Criss helped launch StarKid to stardom, but since his career has taken off with Glee, he hasn't been back with his buds for awhile.

Well, prepare to be amazed, because Darren WILL be joining the StarKid crew on tour after all, but
