Kelsey Grammer has been dismissed from a MASSIVE lawsuit that he was being named as a defendant in.

Lydia Cornell, an actress and one of Grammer's former co-stars, was one of the plaintiffs that filed a $100 million suit against Staropoly.com for using the Frasier star's endorsement to trick people into investing in a Ponzi scheme.

Grammer has maintained that he was duped just like everyone else and lost $1 million in the process.

Staropoly.com is under a lot of heat right now for allegedly victimizing Kelsey Grammer in an online Ponzi scheme (fraudulent investment scam).

According to reports, Kelsey claims he has been robbed of $200,000 through the website.

The claims continue, calling Staropoly out for using his name and likeness without permission. Oh, snap!
