Only a few short days until we're fully impacted by the AWESOMENESS that is the release of Electra Heart, but Marina & The Diamonds is certainly keeping us satiated until it drops on April 30th!
Check out the singer's music video for her new, acoustic version of the album track Starring Role, which she released as the lead single off her Primadonna promotional acoustic EP (above)!
We just ADORE how she can produce such frenetic, stunning pop jams…and yet they can still be stripped down to dreamlike, fragile ballads!

Recently, we announced the exciting news that Marina And The Diamonds will be embarking on a North American tour this summer and we couldn't be MORE happier!!!!
The Welsh artist is one of our FAVS and now we have our hands on the acoustic version of Starring Role, which she performed on UK radio station 96.9 Viking FM!
Check out the track for yourself (above)!!
SO raw! We LOVE it!

All right, Russell. We're listening.
Russell Crowe is giving serious consideration to making his feature film directorial debut with 77, a period cop movie which he would also star in.
The plot revolves around two crime stories from 1974, including "the unsolved murder of an LAPD officer," and "the nationally televised shootout in South Central L.A. between the Symbionese Liberation Army and the LAPD, where 50,000 rounds of gunfire were exchanged."
Sounds intriguing enough. Guess we'll see if Russell decides the project is worth getting behind the camera for.
Do U think Russell Crowe would make a good director? Or should he stick to acting?
