The matriarch of all things metal, Mrs. Sharon Osbourne, has quit America's Got Talent after seven seasons of spicing up the judges panel!

And NO she is not being fired from the show, and NO she isn't heading over to rival talent-competition American Idol…

Sharon claims she is quitting in solidarity with her son Jack Osbourne, who Sharon alleges was unjustly fired via e-mail from NBC reality series Stars Earn Stripes days after he went public with his multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis!

At the Abbey Dawn for Just Fabulous launch party, the oh so dark Avril Lavigne showed up in what appears to be a unique interpretation of the American flag.
