There's a reason a lot of people like to workout in the morning: they feel refreshed, it helps them wake up, and they feel proud of themselves all day!
If we workout at night, to be honest, it's just to get it done because we don't want to miss it! We're tooooo tired to enjoy it, LOLz!
Orlando Bloom seems to be the same way — about working out in the morning, that is! He started the day at the gym looking great dressed in black with color-pop sneakers!
Now he can feel good about himself the rest of the day! Woo!

Matthew McConaughey was spotted keeping in shape as he goes for a morning jog around Malibu, Sunday.
The Texan was wearing a just keep livin' hat, a foundation he started which "is dedicated to helping teenage kids lead active lives and make healthy choices to become great men and women".
Loves it!
Matt, the hat is adorbs - but next time forget the shirt!

Brett Favre is slowly dying a football death — He’s not starting for the first time in 18 years.
His record-setting 297 starts will end due to a shoulder injury he suffered during last week’s game with the Buffalo Bills.
Brett doesn’t have to worry about losing his record anytime soon – Peyton Manning is the closest competitor with 205 consecutive starts.
It’s time to throw in the towel, Favre!!
