Suge Knight may be out of the woods health-wise, but not legally.
The rap mogul was released from a hospital late Wednesday after being admitted for chest pains.
He's now back in jail and facing murder charges after being involved in a January 29th hit-and-run incident that claimed the life of Terry Carter and injured Cle "Bone" Sloan. Knight claims he was backing up and the accident was unintentional.
On Thursday, the 911 call made by a witness was released, and do NOT support Knight's claims. In the call, a frantic female tells the dispatcher:

On Monday, Bobbi Kristina Brown was moved from North Fulton Hospital to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA.

According to a source close to the family, the 21-year-old was experiencing seizures prior to the move. No word on whether these changes have significantly impacted her odds of survival.

Well now, a family member of Carter — the sole fatality in this incident — is speaking up.
Shortly after hearing the devastating news, the female relative allegedly went to the scene of the crime and was told that the former CEO of Death Row Records was so heated up by his fight with Sloan that he was willing to kill his friend Carter in the process.
