Hmm. We think that she might just be playing coy!

Despite reports that Cheryl Cole is officially lined up to join the judges panel of the American X Factor, the singer claimed recently that she has yet to sign a deal!

She says:

"There have been conversations but who knows what will happen. I had such a mind full of stuff to deal with before last Sunday's final. I have had no time to get my head round anything."

Well, we hope that you do, bb!

It's a HUGE opportunity, and we'd hate to see you pass it up!

We're so thrilled that she's spending more time in the States!
