Looks like we've got some more deets on how Jakey G celebrated that 31st birthday of his!

On Monday, we heard that Jake spent his pre-bday weekend running errands around El Lay, and making a stop at a Beverly Hills medical building (although we're thinking everything's probably all right!)

Now, we've learned that Jake spent his bday morning attending a SoulCycle spin class in NYC's Union Square! Fun!

Then, he met up with sis Maggie Gyllenhaal, Love and Other Drugs co-star Oliver Platt, and some other friends for dinner at Peter Luger in Brooklyn, which is a DELICIOUS steakhouse!

Following dinner, we're hearing that Jake's mother Naomi Foner brought a cake to the restaurant! Yum!

Sounds like a great time to us, Jakey! We hope U enjoyed URself!

Demi Lovato dined with Serena Williams at BOA Steakhouse in Beverly Hills on Wednesday night.

It sounds like they had a great time too, as Demi tweeted:

“Had a yummy dinner with @serenawilliams.. Such a sweet girl. Serena let’s do it again soon! :)”

We don't know what they talked about, but the new besties reportedly dined for hours.

One thing is for sure though, Demi looked hawt while sporting a very foxy combination of leather, crosses, and leopard print! Meow!

Oh no!

After filing for bankruptcy in January, Eve nightclub - which is owned by Eva Longoria and attached to her Beso Steakhouse on the Las Vegas strip - sadly closed down on Monday because it failed to cover its $5.7 million debt!

Both establishments opened in December of 2009, but luckily, Beso is still profitable and will remain open!

And Eve may already have a new possible investor, as on-line cheating website Ashley Madison sent a letter to Longoria's lawyers recently, which said the following:

"There is great potential in the location…a main barrier to Beso’s success was its branding as a singles’ club. We are extremely interested in stepping in to fill this void and with this letter we formally express our interest in exploring a potential acquisition with you that could hopefully take Beso LLC out of Chapter 11 protection. We are saddened to learn of your client Beso LLC and its owner Eva Longoria’s financial difficulties with respect to their hospitality venture and their Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing.”

Oh, gross!

After everything Eva went through with Tony, do they REALLY think that she would want to hand over the nightclub to THOSE kind of investors?

She may be in the hole, but we doubt she'd want to take her business THERE!

BARF.

Maybe after a while you can try and figure out a way to renovate and re-open, give it another shot!
