And they're not happy about it!
W magazine is pissed at photographer Steven Meisel for shooting an editorial featured in their September issue that's practically identical to one he shot months earlier for Italian Vogue.
The black and white spreads have the same dressed up and dressed down theme and even includes the same model Raquel Zimmermann.
Apparently this is a big deal to W because Meisel didn't tell them about the Vogue shoot (even though it was published in the August issue) and they think he used their money to finance it.
So far neither Steven Meisel or W's editor-in-chief Stefano Tonchi.
What do U think about the dramz? Can U notice the similarities???

What year is this again?
Julia Roberts and her Larry Crowne co-star Tom Hanks are on the cover of W magazine's June issue looking, well, awkward.
Their movie doesn't come out until July 1st, so we're a little confused about the timing.
Maybe they wanted to get this one out of the way since Beyonce is supposedly W's next cover girl.
P.S. Enough with the couple covers Stefano Tonchi!

Ever since Stefano Tonchi took over the reigns at W magazine, their choice of cover stars have been questionable to say the least.
Thankfully he broke his bad streak by putting Mila Kunis on the front of the mag's March issue.
There are some flaws with the photo choice, but the spread as a whole is gorgeous.
We even like the shot of Mila wearing that Marchesa lace jumpsuit because she actually makes it look good.
