Try this move to target those glutes! Step down - Standing alongside a bench or step, step up with your left leg, so that your right leg is still on the ground. Squeeze your glutes and push through your left heel, driving your right leg up. Lower right leg down so the ball of the foot touches the floor and immediately lift again. Complete for 15 reps then change sides!

Insiders are revealing that Jeff Zucker was indeed FIRED this morning, after having a conversation with Comcast COO Steve Burke two weeks ago to discuss what would happen after to the two merged.
Zucker reportedly finished finalizing the details of his severance package this morning, hence the sudden announcement to his employees! And now he's talking to the press about his
firing stepping down!
“He made it clear that they wanted to move on at the close of the deal and I was completely comfortable with that. We had both gotten to the same place. Look, I knew from the day this was announced that this was a possibility. I wasn’t going to shut the door on anything. But in the last nine months it became increasingly clear that they did want to put their own team in place — and I didn’t want to end up being a guest in my own house."
Good riddance, bb!
Let's just all hope things start looking up from here on out!
