This is a first!
Santa Barbara resident Charles Grimm filed a complaint with the county against Kevin Costner because the high-profile actor's unkempt bush is obstructing Grimm's ocean view!!
Go back and read that sentence again. We'll wait.
Yup, this is real news, folks!
We don't know exactly how unruly the Tin Cup star's bush is — nor whether he usually asks his beautiful wife Christine Baumgartner with help trimming the hedges — we just know that Mizter Grimm misses his ocean view!!
Do U think Kevin should fight back like he did against Stephen Baldwin, to ensure his bush can grow as wild as he wants???
Or should he acquiesce and shave trim the whole thing?

If lawsuits were decided by a popularity contest, Stephen Baldwin never stood a chance against Kevin Costner.
Luckily, Stephen's allegations that Costner screwed him out of a major business deal with BP were sorted out by a jury. Unfortunately for Alec Baldwin's brother, he still lost!
Stephen wanted $17 million for being

It's day two of the New Orleans trial between Kevin Costner and Stephen Baldwin over lost profits from an oil company deal.
Baldwin sued Costner at the end of 2010 because he felt that the Waterworld actor duped him into selling his stake in Costner's company that helped clean up oil spills. After selling off his 10% share, BP bought up the company's machines for $52 million and Baldwin thinks Costner intentionally forced him out to make more money!
We're not sure what's true, but Costner has

Alex Stephen Baldwin and Rosie O'Donnell had a recent pow wow session to clarify Baldwin's position on same sex marriage.
Baldwin had defended the homophobic remarks of born-again-dumb-again Kirk Cameron which Rosie obviously had a problem with.
We're glad Baldwin explains himself, but he probably shouldn't of even been in such a position in the first place.
And he especially shouldn't be defending Kirk The Jerk Cameron.

Ever since Alec Baldwin started dating Hilaria Thomas, he's been seeming a lot happier, definitely more care-free.
And his brother, Stephen Baldwin, completely agrees.
While he was pAArtying it up at a SiriusXM launch party in NYC, he told reporters:

Exactly how are you going to juggle this AND your new sitcom, Charlie?
However he's able to pull this off, looks like Charlie Sheen is on a WINNING roll with TV gigs, because he's reportedly set to headline season eleven of UK reality series Celebrity Big Brother.
By joining the show, Charlie would DEF be the most high-profile celeb to ever do the show, whose alumni include Stephen Baldwin and Coolio.
Sitcoms…reality TV shows…what's next, Charlie? An hour-long medical drama and/or voicing a character on Spongebob Squarepants? Ha!
Are U excited for Charlie Sheen's upcoming TV projects? What do U think he should do next?

It's Waterworld meets Wall Street as Stephen Baldwin has just filed a lawsuit against Kevin Costner.
None of us have forgotten the terrible oil spill off the gulf this year that massacred the ecosystem and cost so many people so much. Apparently, one of those people hurt by the spill was Stephen, but he's not blaming BP - he's blaming Kevin for allegedly duping him.
The story goes, according to the lawsuit, that Stephen bought a 10% share in Kevin's invention that separates oil from water. Apparently, around when the spill first occured, Kevin made it seem that he had already sold his shares in the company and advised Stephen to do the same. Turns out, as we all know, Kevin didn't sell any of his shares and brought the company and the invention to the forefront of the efforts to clean up the spill.
Stephen says that he fells "duped," claiming he was told there were no plans to sell the contraption to BP and that he was forced out as a partner so more money should be shared amongst Kevin and his other partners. The deal with BP ended up bringing in more than $52 million. That's a hefty sum to be left out of!
Get a good lawyer Stephen and you might just have a case. We're interested to hear what Kevin has to say about this kind of shady dealing!
