Millionaire Matchmaker Patti Stanger Does More Harm Than Good On Joy Behar!

Filed under: Icky Icky PooTV NewsGay Gay GayJoy Behar

Okay! She needs to just shut her mouth!

She is doing far more harm than good!

Patti Stanger is in serious damage control mode after making some pretty offensive generalizations about gay men and Jewish people during her appearance on Watch What Happens, but during her interview on The Joy Behar Show in response to the controversy, she attempted to clarify what she meant, which ended up proving that she, in fact, pretty much meant what she said, and continued on with yet another horrible tirade!

Ch-ch-check it out (above)!

Seriously? All gay men "whip it out at eyelock?"

And then you're going to scold the entire homosexual New York community for not taking advantage of getting married?!

Wow, gurl.

With those kind of ignorant generalizations and an attitude like that, it's a wonder you're a successful matchmaker at all!

We sincerely hope you take some time to think about what you're saying, and change your tune. Fast.

Is This Toronto Pride Promotional Video Offensive?

Filed under: Gay Gay GaySilly!Big Gay Al

All that stink over THIS?!

Check out this promotional video for Toronto Pride created by Tourism Toronto in partnership with the event, which parodies the P90X with 'Pride Pump 2000x' (above), and has gotten some people's panties in a serious knot because of its use of gay stereotypes!

According to Toronto Life:

"…we can’t help but wonder how out of touch (or straight?) the person who cooked up Pride Toronto’s painful-to-watch and setting-back-the-movement promotional video was. If gay activism is on the rise, how will the community be taken seriously if the organization that fronts the city’s largest gay celebration backs these old-hat, shouldn’t-be jokes? If they were looking to shoot fish in a barrel, why didn’t the Pride committee just hire Big Gay Al?"

Personally, we don't see the big deal!

It's just campy, silly, and FUN! Not mean-spirited!

Loosen up, people!

It's just poking a little fun!

What do U think?? Is this promo video out of line?

Real Housewife Lisa Wu-Hartwell Says Goodbye Atlanta!

lisa wu hartwell says goodbye to real housewives of atlanta

Looks like Lisa Wu-Hartwell is ready to move on!

Here's a statement from Lisa about her decision to leave Real Housewives Of Atlanta:

There comes a time in your life where times change, seasons change and it’s time for something new. On reality television shows, when it gets so popular and hot the desire and the need to be on top is always there. The first season of Real Housewives was very organic. What you see is what you got and that’s exactly how it happened. The second season we had the ratings, so you wanted to keep them there so the producers want to stir the pot a bit. Our ratings—we were killing everybody so it’s like we gotta stay on top so they had an idea of where they want their characters to go and they forget that we’re not characters in a show we’re real people living our lives. And sometimes people want to turn you into a character of your former self and I’m just not willing to perform or create something that isn’t there.

They have an idea of who they want you to be and you can only take that for so long and that’s why I said it’s time to go because I’m not willing to compromise my integrity. It’s like all Black people don’t act this way and it’s unfortunate that we feed into those stereotypes sometimes. I understand you don’t want to watch paint dry. I get it. But it’s a fine line between performing and acting a’fool. I had very real moments, I got upset on the reunion show but at the end of the day there’s a time and a place for everything. I have other aspects of my life that are interesting as you can guess but this is reality you’re not gonna tell me what I should focus on. So it comes a point where the pressure from the producers⎯they want to keep those ratings high so they’re like this is what’s going on this season and I’m like wait a minute, this is supposed to be reality television and some things I’m not willing to compromise. You have to have integrity and stand up for what you believe in and I refuse to create things that are not there for the sake of their ratings because I still have to live my life when the show is over.

Good for you, Lisa! We fully support your decision!

But What I Really Wanna Do Is Act!

DMX could take a queue from Rapper Common, who’s making a sophisticated leap onto AMC’s pilot Hell on Wheels.

The Terminator: Salvation star will play a half-black/half-white freed slave who works on the Transcontinental Railroad. AMC’s SVP of programming, Joel Stillerman, said the following about Common’s role:

“Common brings a layered intensity to a very complex role. This part required someone who can transcend the stereotypes of the period and bring the character to life in a truly unique way, and he brings that.”

After the success of AMC’s original series Breaking Bad and Mad Men (well, until Sunday's premiere that is) we’re intrigued. We’ll be keeping an eye out, Common.
