How to Apologize to Asian Men: A Practical Guide for Steve Harvey.

The Family Feud host got a bit of heat last week for offensive jokes he made about Asian men on The Steve Harvey Show.

In case you were lucky enough to miss it, the comedian joked about a self-help book called How to Date White Women: A Practical Guide for Asian Men, laughing off the idea that anyone would find Asian men to be sexually desirable.

The 60-year-old received much criticism for his tone deaf jabs — filled with gut-busting punchlines like "I don't even like Chinese food!" (ugh) — and even sparked an open letter from Fresh Off The Boat author Eddie Huang discussing the damaging history of such insulting remarks.

On Tuesday, Harvey spoke out on the criticism and offered an apology to all those who were offended by his words.

Sharing the note on Twitter, the funny man said his jokes were "not meant with any malice or disrespect," writing:

Steve Harvey desperately needs to add some fresh jokes to his repertoire.

Last week, the Family Feud host got heat for an insulting bit on his daytime talk show, in which he skewered Asian men, laughing at the idea of anyone finding them sexually desirable.

Now, Fresh Off the Boat author Eddie Huang is blasting the comedian for jabbing Asian men dating women of another race, calling the jokes in question "upsetting."

On Friday's The Steve Harvey show, the comedian cracked jokes about absurdly specific advice books like How to Date a White Woman: A Practical Guide for Asian Men — but instead of a clever punchline, Harvey just said:

"That's one page. 'Excuse me, do you like Asian men?' ‘No.' ‘Thank you.'"

In an essay for The New York Times, Huang revealed that Harvey's shockingly tone deaf jokes have quite the terrifying history of "the expectations the dominant culture" places on Asian Americans.

The writer said that he became aware of these social constructs at a young age, explaining:

Survey says: This is ridiculous…

If you're still holding out hope that Donald Trump won't be a complete failure as the President of the United States, we're sorry to say his most recent meeting isn't doing him any favors.

That's because just weeks after getting advice from Kanye West and Anna Wintour at Trump Towers… the former Celebrity Apprentice host just had a meeting with Steve Harvey about housing issues on Friday.

What could a game show host who's most famous for failing to read a note card correctly possibly have to say about housing? Probably just as much as our new Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Dr. Ben Carson — zero.

But in Donald's defense, the Family Feud host is also a known sexist and racist, so they probably had plenty to talk about outside of politics!

With that said, Steve took to Twitter after the sit-down to explain his side of the story. And according to him, President Barack Obama actually put him up to it, tweeting:

Steve Harvey is always a hilarious host on Family Feud — but recent jokes he made on his own daytime talk show are nothing to laugh about.

On Friday's Steve Harvey Show, the comedian was poking fun at the titles of self help books when he decided to take a few jabs at Asian men!

The moment came when Harvey jested over the title of a 2002 book entitled How to Date a White Woman: A Practical Guide for Asian Men.

Instead of making fun of the book's title for being patronizing and sexist, the 59-year-old found humor in anyone finding an Asian man attractive at all!

After laughing hysterically at the book's title, Harvey said the book would contain just one page. Imagining what the book's contents were, he quipped:

Aside from the occasional slip-up, Steve Harvey is usually a total pro on the TV screen.

But even the Family Feud host couldn't keep it together when he reunited with The Original Kings of Comedy to honor their late co-star Bernie Mac, who died in 2008 of complications from an inflammatory lung disease.

D.L. Hughley and Cedric the Entertainer joined the daytime host on his talk show Monday and had some moving surprises in store for the deceased actor's high school sweetheart Rhonda.

The comedians were visibly emotional announcing a proclamation from the city of Chicago and Mayor Rahm Emanuel that November 14 would be "Bernie Mac Day" in the Windy City.

After taking a moment to collect himself, Harvey then turned to Mike Epps via satellite from Bernie and Rhonda's alma mater in Chicago — who revealed the school would be renaming its auditorium in honor of the comedian.

Just like Harvey, Rhonda was choked up and held back tears as she thanked those responsible, saying:
