We always had faith!
Josh Gad has reaffirmed what we always thought: that Ashton Kutcher is a great Steve Jobs!
The Two and a Half Men actor was cast in April to play the lead in Jobs, and Gad praised his co-star, saying:
"I think it's going to be pretty wonderful. Ashton is going to blow a lot of people away. His performance was absolutely transformational. If he looked any more like Steve Jobs, I think it would just confuse a lot of people in thinking Steve Jobs never passed away. It's that uncanny. He really immersed himself. I think he has an appreciation for Steve Jobs, the likes of which I've never seen in any actor who's portrayal a real, living person. Ashton is one of the most giving actors I've ever worked with. I was surprised by his work every day.”
That good, huh? That's what we like to hear!
Gad will be opposite Ashton as Steve Wozniak, the Apple co-founder. So, since that’s his competition, he must really like Ashton to say all these nice things!
Or maybe he’s just trying to get a part in Two and a Half Men. Ha!
Whatevs! We’re so excited to see both men in this flick.

It turns out that the producers of the upcoming indie Steve Jobs biopic Jobs wanted not one, but TWO hunky male leads.
Ashton Kutcher is already filming his starring role as the titular character and technology icon, but veteran hottie Dermot Mulroney is a last-minute add-on as well.
He'll play

Yesterday, Ashton Kutcher was announced as the super-sexy pick to play Steve Jobs in the upcoming biopic which chronicles Job's journey "from wayward hippie to co-founder of Apple."
We thought it was a super choice and apparently so does the co-founder of Apple, too.
After hearing Kutcher was the chosen one, Steve Wozniak reportedly

This must have been very difficult for The Woz.
Check out the video (above) of Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak opening up about Steve Jobs' death.
Truly heartfelt words, and a lovely tribute to the visionary man.
Thank for sharing, Steve.

This was one of the first Apple computers ever made!
In 1976, Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak built their first batch of 200 Apple-1 computers and sold them for $666.66 from their parents' garage.
And now it's going up on the auction block for $240,000.
Worth it??
Possibly. This machine was hand-carved and contained 8K of memory. It was the first fully pre-assembled computer, produced with a 1.0 MHz MOS 6502 processor and a cassette for read/write capability. (Imagine saving info on a cassette tape instead of a CD or a flash drive!) It would now be considered a "glorified calculator." It comes in its original packaging, complete with instruction manual and a letter signed by Jobs.
A quarter of a million dollars seems like a hefty price, but it is a symbol of technological history and shows just how far we've come in the past 34 years.
