The working man's current hero, JetBlue diva Steven Slater, is facing some pretty serious jail time for what many are calling a FABOOSH declaration of resignation, but what the law is calling reckless endangerment.
However, sources claim that Slater is ready to seek psychiatric help as part of a plea bargain!
Slater's lawyer and the DA have met to sort out a deal before his hearing, and if they can agree to a lesser sentence, Slater will allegedly admit himself into a mental health program!
Probably a smart move either way, to be completely honest! We're sure there's some issues he needs to sort out!
We hope you guys can work out a decent deal, though! Seven years behind bars for what happened is RIDICULOUS!
What do U think?? How should the JetBlue diva be sentenced??

And this time he didn't need a slide for his big exit.
A JetBlue spokeswoman has confirmed that flight attendant Steven Slater no longer works for the airline.
She didn't elaborate on how Slater and the airline parted ways, but said it occurred last week.
We're sure it went something like this: JetBlue asked him to leave and he accepted.
Oh well, bb, now you're free to do whatever you want! Keep sorting through those "offers!"

Guess they have to do something to offset Mr. Slater!
If you happen to be free between September 7th and October 6th, you might wanna take advantage of Jet Blue's All You Can Jet deal.
They offered the same deal last year, but now it's even cheaper!
For $499, you can jet anywhere the airline flies five days a week (excluding weekends). But for $699, the world is your oyster and you can fly off SEVEN days a week.
Sounds amazing. Wish we had some free time!

He shouldn't even want his job back!
Game Show Network asked Steven Slater to star in a series of promos for Baggage, a dating game show hosted by Jerry Springer.
It seems perfect for him! Contestants expose the contents of their suitcases in hopes of wining a date.
We hope he does it. He probably needs the $$$$$!

Former JetBlue flight attendant Steven Slater has hired LA publicist Howard Bragman to represent him as tons of offers have begun to roll in!
"I can officially confirm that I am now representing Steven Slater. While my work will include media relations, my team at Fifteen Minutes and I will also be helping him sort out the scores of offers that have come through in the past week from media, producers, brands and other interested parties.
"I very much believe that Steven touched a nerve with the American people and am proud to be helping him tell his story at the appropriate time in the appropriate way."
Yeah, if he doesn't have to go to jail first!

After Barry Manilow's Symphony show with the New York Pops at Caesars Boardwalk Hall on Saturday, Steven Slater posed with the singer for a photo-op.

If there is any justice in the world than yes!
In what may be the most inspired idea for a reality show yet, industry sources are saying Steven Slater, the infamous JetBlue Diva, has been offered the chance to host a reality show.
The hook - helping people quit their jobs!!!
Ha! Yes! Brilliant!
Supposedly, the well-known reality production company, Stone Entertainment, is eager to have Steve come join their team and have him host a show where he helps employees who are unhappy at work finally quit their jobs, in an extravagant way, of course!
Hmm! The possibilites kind of intrigue us! We'd love to see what they all come up with! Course, we can't really think of anything better than what Steven pulled last week!
He is still our hero!
Would U watch his reality show?
