The 2017 Emmys didn't get everything right… specifically, who was and wasn't recognized during the ceremony's in memoriam segment.

On Sunday night, Hamilton star Christopher Jackson belted out Stevie Wonder's As while a video played honoring the fallen faces of television — but several noteworthy stars were left out of the tribute, including Dick Gregory, Charlie Murphy, Harry Dean Stanton, and Frank Vincent.

All four actors who died this year had performed in TV shows throughout their careers. Gregory, a comedian and civil rights activist, had starred in Reno 911! and Wonder Showzen, while Murphy, the brother of Eddie Murphy, had starred in Chappelle's Show, POWER, and others.

Stanton (who passed away on Friday at 91) played a number of TV roles, most recently in Twin Peaks: The Return and Getting On, and Vincent appeared in several shows like The Sopranos and Law & Order: SVU.

After the show, Twitter users paid their own tributes to those left out of the segment, including Common:

brandon rogers audition deceased americas got talent

Gone too soon.

On Tuesday evening, America's Got Talent honored Dr. Brandon Rogers by airing the late medical professional's audition a month after his untimely death. As we previously reported, Rogers died unexpectedly after getting into a terrible car accident back in June. This complicated things for NBC as Brandon was a standout contestant for this season of AGT and his audition hadn't even aired yet.

We have faith you're gonna love this!

While we had a feeling Justin Timberlake's chart-topping Can't Stop the Feeling! was gonna be the song to beat this awards season, we think the Troll may have just met his match.

That's because the music video for Ariana Grande and Stevie Wonder's single Faith from Sing dropped late Tuesday… and it sure is animated, to say the least!

Video: Ariana Already Hung Out With Madonna On-Camera This Week Too!

The Golden Globe nominated original song was practically guaranteed to get a video good enough to match its iconic vocalists — but seeing Matthew McConaughey, Scarlett Johansson, Tori Kelly, and Reese Witherspoon's cartoon characters running around alongside Ari was even more than we could have imagined!

Not to mention… those overalls tho.

Plus, if you like what you see/hear, make sure to catch Sing in theaters NOW!!
