Katherine Webb and Nicole Eggert are really determined divers!

On Thursday, the ladies did a little stretching before they went head first into the water, and is it just us, or are they looking as fine as ever?!?

Swimming has always been a wonderful exercise, and because Katherine and Nicole do it on a daily basis, their bodies couldn't be anymore fantabulous.

We cannot wait for the show to premiere 'cuz just by peeping at the pics, it's definitely gonna be competitive!!

The yogi believes that naked yoga is completely freeing.

He calls clothes a coat of armor that once removed makes us more open, more vulnerable, in a good way.

So you should embrace yoga as something that not only will help prevent injuries and raise your fitness level but as something that will also make your sex better.
