It's Octo-Mom's body and she can strip if she wants to!

After the adult lounge filed a lawsuit against Octo-Mom to try and block her stripping gig at a rival strip club, a judge has recently denied their motion and will allow the real life star to perform her exotic dance moves.

T's Lounge was denied their emergency hearing request.

Here's what the judge said:

"[The situation does not] constitute a legal emergency."

Octo-Mom can now rest easy and strip in a good state of mind.

As the show biz folks say, it's on with the show!

First Octo-Mom got dissed, now she's getting sued.

The real life star has got 99 problems and a lawsuit IS one.

A Florida strip club is pressing charges against Nadya Suleman for backing out of their signed agreement to guest strip at their adult club. They have also filed an emergency injunction to keep the Octo from appearing in competing strip clubs.

It is unclear whether the matter will be resolved before Octo's appearance at The Playhouse Gentleman's Club in Hollywood on Friday.

The drama happened after a bartender at T's Lounge said on television that she thought Octo-Mom was "crazy."

Octo-Mom did not like that and cancelled her appearance.

But apparently her contract said she must give 35 days' notice. The lawsuit says she only gave 34.

T's Lounge is suing for an amount in excess of $15,000 which we're pretty sure Octo-Mom does not have.

T's Lounge's lawsuit comes right before Octo-Mom's scheduled appearance at a nearby strip club.

Its ads have popped up lately.

Octo-Mom's in love with being a stripper.

The kooky mom has officially booked two appearances to bare her chest at the T's lounge in West Palm, Florida.

Here's what she said:

"My video is coming out soon and I am very excited to get out there and promote it. This is one of many appearances I will be making over the next few months. Howard Stern invited me on his show to ride the vibrating bull [Sybian] June 20th. This, I’m told, will be an experience I will never forget."

We doubt anyone will be forgetting that anytime soon.

Those looking forward to a lap dance will be disappointed however as she will not be doing any private dances (or at least not in the strip club she won't be).

Here's what the manager of the strip club said:

"T's Lounge has been known throughout the years for featuring the biggest names possible, but we have truly outdone ourselves this time. Needless to say, we are over the moon about having Nadya here for her first-ever performance!"

First and last performance?

We doubt it although we wouldn't be too sad if this were her last performance.

Guess she's gotta pay the bills, though.
