Debbie Reynolds' Cause Of Death Confirmed While Carrie Fisher's Remains A Mystery

Last month, Carrie Fisher and her mom Debbie Reynolds both tragically passed away just one day apart from each other.

And now, TMZ had obtained both their death certificates. The Singin' In The Rain star's official cause of death has been deemed an intracerebral hemorrhage, which is the medical term for a hemorrhagic stroke.

The medical emergency she suffered in December was caused by hypertension — AKA high blood pressure — and made a blood vessel rupture, causing bleeding in her brain.

However, the Star Wars icon's death certificate wasn't as conclusive.

The document lists Carrie's cause of death as "cardiac arrest/deferred," which means the medical examiner still hasn't figured out what caused the massive heart attack she suffered four days before her untimely passing.

TMZ is reporting that the LA County Coroner's Office will conduct toxicology tests to figure out if any drugs in the actress' system could've factored in to her death.

Rest in peace, you two.
