We so wish we were at the beach that day!

Kellan Lutz ditched his shirt for a rigorous workout by the beach in El Lay on Wednesday afternoon.

The hunk went for a run on a path through the sand, then used rings on the beach to sculpt those fabulous muscles popping out every which way!

Kellan must share fitness tips with Zac Efron, who was spotted working out on a playground in Louisiana, because they don't seem to need a gym to shred their muscles.

True Blood star Alexander Skarsgard was spotted sprinting at Runyon Canyon Park Friday.

The Swedish stud was sporting a white top and black shorts (short enough to make it on an NBA court in the 1980s).

While on hiatus from his HBO drama, Alex is working on the upcoming movie Battleship.

Alexander’s Battleship co-star Brooklyn Decker said:

“I think Alex said something that the [board] game was the inspiration for the movie and not necessarily the storyboard for the movie and I would be in agreement with that. It’s an action/war film, so we draw inspiration from the game in that it is called Battleship and Hasbro is heavily involved."

We can't wait to see Alex's fit body movie in May.
