Abigail Breslin Is A LITERAL Knock-Out On The Set Of Final Girl!

Abigail Breslin is all grown up and seriously KICKING ASS!

No, but really!

Like, she-will-knock-you-out-don't-EFF-with-her KICKING ASS!

Just ask the poor stunt man she punched unconscious on the set of her new movie! We're not kidding!

According to insiders involved in the production of Tyler Shields' Final Girl, the 16-year-old insisted on doing all of her own stunts for the thriller, and during one massive action sequence last weekend, she was SUPPOSED to be hanging out of a car while punching the bad guys…except she

Injured Spider-Man Stunt Man Speaks Up

injured spider man stunt man speaks up

We're so happy with all the progress he's made!

Stunt man Christopher Tierney, who was injured during a performance of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, is now in rehab, and has decided to speak up about his experience.

Here's what Tierney had to say about his injury to CBS 2 News anchor Dana Tyler:

"I was falling and then I saw once I hit the darkness of the stage, I had to just turn it real quick so I wasn't going to fall on my head and I crashed on my back."

And more:

"The last thing I remember was like, uh, just going, 'Oh, God."

So scary!

We've also heard that Tierney wants to return to his Spider-Man role asap, but we REALLY hope he takes plenty of time to get better before he considers returning to the show.

Get well soon, bb! Our thoughts are with U!

Actors' Equity Prez Releases Statement On Spider-Man Stunt Man Injury

actors equity prez releases spider man statement

Nick Wyman, the president of the Actors' Equity Association, has released an official statement about stunt man Christopher Tierney's injury during a performance of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark.

Here are some highlights from his statement about the incident:

"I have been very disturbed and distraught by the serious injuries sustained by our member Chris Tierney at the December 20th performance of SPIDER-MAN: TURN OFF THE DARK."

"That Chris is not the first actor, nor the second, but rather the fourth to be injured on SPIDERMAN is frustrating and maddening and, to some, infuriating."

"Working with OSHA, the Department of Labor and IATSE Local 1, we have insisted on further safety protocols, backups, fail-safes, redundancies over at the Foxwoods Theater."

"As passionately as those of you feel who were savaging Equity for not stopping the show or at least stopping the injuries, that's how passionately our staff feels about making sure our members are safe and supported and able to give the best of themselves onstage without fear."

We're certainly glad to hear that Actors' Equity is taking steps to improve safety on the show. Let's just hope that everything they're doing works out!

We would be really upset to hear about another injury.
