Legal issues are NOT looking so hot for Lindsay Lohan.

Besides losing her lawyer, Lindsay's ex-assistant, Gavin Doyle, has now been subpoenaed to testify in the troubled actress' hearing for lying to police officers.

This would all be in Lindsay's favor, except for the fact that Gavin is the same assistant that tattled on her to the cops and played a MAJOR role in her current issues with the law.

Gavin was the one to call out Lindsay's lies when she told cops that she WASN'T behind the wheel during her car crash on Pacific Coast Highway in June.

Her defense is starting to sound like an even BIGGER flop than The Canyons, but despite the rock-solid case city attorneys are building against her, Linds refuses to take a plea deal and insists that she never lied!

However, we won't know Lindsay's fate until March 1.

Things are about to get REAL messy…! Fightin' dirty!!!

While we recently reported that Kris Humphries wants Kanye West to appear in court for his and Kim Kardashian’s divorce battle, it seems that he’s now digging up ghosts boyfriends of Kimmy’s past!

It sounds like Kris is pulling out all the moves to prove his marriage to Kim was a fraud — so now, he wants to issue a subpoena for Kim’s ex, Reggie Bush!

Supposedly, Humphries’ team has already been gathering info from Reggie, along with other men from Kim’s past AND present!!

Things are really heating up in the divorce battle between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries!

Kris is gathering his ammunition… but so is Kimmy K!

Kim just sent a subpoena to Kris' ex-gf/booty call/extorter, Myla Sinanaj, to have her possibly appear in court during divorce proceedings.

Kim's lawyer wants to know if Kris said anything about his marriage in relation to all the fraud claims.

Basically, Kim wants to know if there was any incriminating pillow talk.

Kris and his lawyer are already trying to gag Myla so she doesn't ruin his divorce case.

Now she might legally have to help Kim ruin Kris.

This mystery needs solving and this guy isn't going to rest until it is.

Last year, a contestant auditioning for America's Got Talent came back to his hotel room to find that his wife was murdered. Ever since then, Joe Finley has been trying to figure out the puzzle that is her death, but the police haven't come up with many leads.

This afternoon, a subpoena was sent to the show’s production company, asking for all video and photos of the day for all of the contestants. It's Joe's hope that some of this footage and/or sign in material from that day's shooting might lead investigators to his wife's killer.

Hopefully it will, since this guy sounds like he needs closure real bad. Our heart goes out to him and we hope whoever committed this horrendous crime is brought to justice.

The truth may finally be coming out!

Now that escort Capri Anderson has filed a criminal complaint against Charlie Sheen, regarding his 'alleged' cocaine-fueled meltdown in which he locked her in the bathroom of his Plaza Hotel room, New York authorities have subpoena'd the actor's medical records in order to prove that he was in fact high on the aforementioned substance that night!

A source explains:

"Cops will subpoena Sheen's records to see if he was using drugs as part of their investigation into what happened that night with Walsh. The investigation is ongoing."

As if there's even a question at this point! OF COURSE he was doing coke that night!

It's about time this guy had a serious reality check, so we're very curious to see where this investigation goes!

And so it begins!

As we've mentioned before, police are investigating Teen Mom star Amber Portwood for allegedly beating on her ex-fiance and baby daddy Gary Shirley.

And by allegedly, we're talking about the now infamous confrontation caught on tape and shown on air for everyone to see and that sparked the investigation to begin with.

The cops are demanding to see what else might have happened during the fight, slapping MTV with a subpoena to surrender any and all video from that day of filming.

In the filing, given to MTV producers on Monday, police ask for “any and all records reference raw television or video media footage regarding the MTV production(s) of Teen Mom which depict all or potentially all physically violent encounters between Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley, in addition to any raw footage of the Reunion Shows in Portwood and Shirley discuss any such violent encounters on the show Teen Mom, either 'aired' or 'unaired'”.

A spokesman for the department reports that MTV is being "very cooperative" with officials and will have 30 days to hand over everything they have. However, we hear MTV has already given the tapes over to their attorney to review, so the ball is already rolling.

Things don't look too good for Amber. We actually kind of hope MTV is getting all of this on film. Maybe seeing the prospect of one of these Teen Mom's going to jail will help de-glamorize the series a bit for other teens.
