After a round of heavy firings, the USA X Factor has found itself a little short staffed.
We've just learned that our belovedDarren Criss was offered a job to host the show, replacing Steve Jones with his own brand of seksi. Unfortunately, Darren won't be heading to the Factor stage. Our favorite Gleek is just too damn busy.
We already have his response according to a show insider:
"They were after him. But there’s no way he could have done it with everything he has going on."
We're sure he very politely declined the offer.
It would've been nice to see him as a host but you can't blame the guy for being too successful to have time for it. He's one of the only ones 100% locked for next season of Glee. He can't turn away from that!

Finally, something we're excited to see at the Oscars!
The producers of the 84th Academy Awards aren't letting The Muppets perform — but they are giving screen time to celeb moms.
In an effort to make the fancy night more relatable, they arraigned for moms of the nominees (aka Mominees) to the Oscar pre-show to discuss insights into their kids.
OMG! We cannot wait to hear these Mominees share a LOT of dirt and embarrassing stories about their successful offspring!!
