It hasn't been the best week for the "Instagram King" Dan Bilzerian.

Sure, maybe if it was JUST getting arrested for allegedly attempting to build a bomb, or if it was JUST getting sued for allegedly kicking a woman in the face, it'd be manageable.

Retired attorney Tamara Green claims that while on a lunch date at some point during the early '70s, the comedian allegedly drugged her before allegedly groping her back in her apartment.

While Tamara has made this accusation before, she just filed a defamation lawsuit against Bill in Massachusetts, claiming that the denials coming from Bill's publicist have marked her a liar, and that as a result of this, she's been privately and professionally ridiculed.

This legal approach might be the way to get around the statute of limitations. While Bill has yet to respond to this lawsuit, we'll keep you posted with any new developments.

On Wednesday, Kesha's mom, Pebe Sebert, sued the music producer Dr. Luke for contributing to her emotional distress and post traumatic stress disorder.

Sebert claims Luke's alleged rape of her daughter, which she described in the legal docs as "not to be tolerated in a civilized society", causes her to suffer sedative-worthy emotional breakdowns in therapy.

Stephen Collins Wants HOW Much From His Ex For Secretly Recording His Child Molestation Confession?

The divorce between Stephen Collins and his ex, Faye Grant, just got a whole lot uglier.

On Wednesday, Stephen demanded a whopping sum of $1 million from Faye for the damages she caused by secretly recording his child molestation confession.

Not only does Stephen claim his wife had no right to secretly record him in therapy, but he also alleges that SHE was the one who LEAKED the audio — even though Miz Grant has feverishly denied.

While yesterday's hearing was delayed due to a dispute Faye had with her lawyer, we have a feeling the judge might deny Stephen's request anyway…

Considering it IS legal for someone to be secretly recorded in California — if that person was suspected of committing a violent felony.

We guess we'll have to wait and see how this new development turns out!
