Well, this doesn’t sound good.

Ryan Seacrest’s production company and NBC Universal are being sued by a music producer for using his music on Khloe & Lamar without proper approval.

Both musical magicians are being sued over allegedly stealing the song Somebody to Love from fellow musician De Rico.

De Rico and his writing partner, Mareio Overton, claim they were granted the copyright to the song for De Rico’s 2008 album My Story II.

The lawsuit has stated they then took the song around to major labels and artists, like Usher. It also reports:

As we've reported, Judge Judy was slapped with a $500,000 lawsuit for allegedly conspiring with Randy Douthit, one of her TV show's producers, to buy his ex-wife Patric Jones' super-expensive china and flatware for only $50,000!

Jones has since alleged that she merely wants what she claims to be family heirlooms back, and as of today, it seems as though she got her wish, as the case has settled…and it seems as though everyone got what they wanted!

It looks like Sharon Stone can’t find good help!

Stone’s housekeeper of two years, Angelica Castillo, has filed suit against the Basic Instincts actress, claiming that she was wrongfully fired due to a back injury suffered from her domestic duties.

Castillo filed her claim in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday alleging that Stone denied Castillo the rest she needed after experiencing “extreme and severe physical pain” unloading groceries.

Mo' money, mo' problems!

Russell Brand is feeling the burn on his wallet as he’s in the middle of a money war with a man who the comedian hit with his car.

And this ain’t a matter of just a few bucks!

Victor Sneed has filed legal documents asking for $185,000 in damages after being injured.

The victim claims he’s already paid $45,000 in medical expenses and will need $140,000 for future surgeries as he suffered damage to his left hand, left arm, left hip, neck and left wrist.

But he’s not going to easily walk away with that moolah.

Russell has denied he is to blame for the car accident and feels like Victor's injuries were his own fault.

Sounds like we might have a ferocious legal battle on our hands!

Say it ain’t so!

After flying high at the Grammys and spending some quality time with his mom at Paris Fashion Week, Frank Ocean came home to some terrible news. He’s being sued!

We all love the hit Lost, but apparently songwriter Micah Otano is claiming that it was ripped off from his song Daylight! Now he’s hoping to claim royalties and get credit for helping produce the single.

Hopefully this isn’t true, but it certainly doesn’t help that Micah has worked directly with channel ORANGE producer Malaya, who he claims stole the song from him.

It’s sad to see this happen just when things were going so well for Frank, but we hope he can get this lawsuit sorted out soon so he can get back to working on his new album!
