A Miami federal judge has decided to permit Kanye West the option of not attending a mediation session with Marion "Suge" Knight to resolve the lawsuit filed against him.

You remember - about five years ago, someone shot Suge in the leg at Kanye's house during a party. Since the shooter was never identified, Suge naturally is suing Kanye for a million $$$. Makes perfect sense, right?

Anyway, instead of coming in person, Kanye can just phone into the session from another location. Kanye's reps say this is necessary as the rapper won't be able to be there personally due to some long-standing business commitments outside the U.S.

What's another million bucks, Kanye? Just pay the man so you don't have to be interrupted while you are enjoying the French Rivera or wherever the hell your "business" is taking you?

How many times has it been now?!

Authorities are searching for Suge Knight after he skipped out on a court appearance in El Lay last week.

The former Death Row CEO was scheduled to appear for driving on a suspended license in 2009.

And there's probably gonna be hell to pay!

Uh-oh.

It seems that these days Suge Knight is in nothing but trouble, and Kanye West clearly just wants to stay out of his bullshiz!

The music mogul was in court with the rapper over an ongoing lawsuit stemming from 2005, where Knight was allegedly shot and robbed at West's pre-MTV Video Music Awards party in Miami! Knight wants $1 million in damages.

However, during a six hour deposition on Friday, 'Nye remained tight-lipped and had nothing to say about the incident!

Lawyer Marc Brumer says:

"He basically put his hands over his head and didn't say anything for six hours. He evidently doesn't know anything about anything, despite the fact that he hosted the party."

Knight agreed, saying:

"I figured I could sit him down, man to man, and get this resolved. I'm disappointed."

We're going to have to side with Team 'Nye with this one!

Just because it was at his party doesn't mean he has anything to do with it, and who's to say that the trouble just didn't follow you into the club??

More trouble for this guy!

Suge Knight was released from jail last week after being arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. Now he's being accused of heading a murder plot!

An LA Country Superior Court judge has ordered Suge to stay at least 100 yards away from a Los Angeles man after he claimed Suge "had 8 guys come to my house and told them to get me or kill me."

Suge will appear in court on June 8 to respond to the allegations.

Considering his record we wouldn't put it past him!

Yikes!

Suge Knight was arrested early this morning for assault with a deadly weapon. The incident included a firearm.

He was pulled over by the police and taken into custody for the charge and also for driving on a suspended license.

He's still in custody and the bail has been set at $65,000.

That does NOT sound good.

He must really like prison!

This man needs to be put away!!

Suge Knight, the former head of Death Row Records, is wanted by authorities after allegedly jumping and robbing rapper Yukmouth last night!!

WTF??

According to sources with the police, Suge and ten accomplices beat down Yukmouth around 10pm at a Ralph's Supermarket in the Valley and stole $92,000 worth of his jewelry!!

Suge is currently avoiding the fuzz due to a previous warrant out for his arrest!!

Here's hoping they apprehend him soon!

That being said…who wears $92,000 worth of jewelry to the supermarket?? GEESH.
