Suge Knight Is Teaming Up With Jay-Z PETA

Suge Knight

Rap mogul Marion 'Suge' Knight is to show his softer side by posing with his pet pooches for a new animal rights campaign.

The former Death Row Records boss will front a drive to end cruelty to dogs in collaboration with People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (you know, PETA).

He has posed for a photoshoot with his three beloved Labrador retrievers.

Knight's publicist says

"He loves dogs, it's something he thoroughly believes in."

We can't wait to see what Suge and PETA come up with!

Investigators Find New Info On Biggie's Death!

Athough it has been 13 years since his death, an new investigation has been launched in the murder of Christopher Wallace (aka Biggie Smalls/Notorious B.I.G.).

The unsolved case was "reinvigorated" months ago due to information about that night. In 1997, Biggie was shot and killed while riding in a Suburban after leaving a music industry party at the Petersen Automotive Museum in El Lay.

A lone gunman, who was described as an African-American man wearing a suit and bow tie, in a Chevy Impala opened fire on Biggie, who was in the passenger seat.

The main theory is the war between West Coast and East Coast hip hop artists - Bad Boy Entertainment in New York, which represented Biggie, and Death Row Records, headed by Marion "Suge" Knight, who represented Tupac.

Retired LAPD detective Russell Poole, who worked on the case, believed that Knight was behind the murder.

"Suge Knight ordered the hit," Poole said, adding that he retired early from the LAPD, in part, because he was sidetracked from following leads in the Wallace case involving police officers, some worked off-duty for Death Row Records.

"I think I was getting too close to the truth," he added. "I think they feared that the truth would be a scandal."

He believed that one of the officers involved is David Mack, a policeman tied to the LAPD Rampart Scandal, who was sent to prison for robbing a bank in 1997, the same year Biggie was killed.

Poole said Mack owned the same type of car driven by the gunman who shot Biggie.

Suge Knight Vs. Kanye West: The Verdict Is In!

suge knight lawsuit against kanye west thrown out

After Marion "Suge" Knight sued Kanye West for being shot at West's 2005 Miami Beach party, the verdict is in finally in.

The judge has thrown out the lawsuit, on the grounds that there's no evidence that a shooting at the party was forseeable, and therefore was not Kanye's fault.

Had the lawsuit moved forward, the trial was set for next month.

West's attorney, Adam Josephs, has said that the suit was ill-conceived from the start, and he's glad the court agreed.

Sorry Suge!

Are U happy that the judge threw out Suge's case? Or do U think Kanye should pay up?

Suge Knight Vs. Kanye West - Continued!

Due to the fact that he was shot and robbed at a party Kanye West threw in 2005, Suge Knight believes that he's entitled to a settlement.

A mediation took place in Miami on Thursday in order to resolve the lawsuit, but nothing was accomplished.

'Nye took part in the session via phone and they could not come to an agreement. Suge's attorney, Marc Brumer, believes the case will go to trial where he'll try to get $1 million out of Kanye's pocket.

Lots of luck.

Kanye Faces Off With Suge Knight In Court…Via The Phone!

A Miami federal judge has decided to permit Kanye West the option of not attending a mediation session with Marion "Suge" Knight to resolve the lawsuit filed against him.

You remember - about five years ago, someone shot Suge in the leg at Kanye's house during a party. Since the shooter was never identified, Suge naturally is suing Kanye for a million $$$. Makes perfect sense, right?

Anyway, instead of coming in person, Kanye can just phone into the session from another location. Kanye's reps say this is necessary as the rapper won't be able to be there personally due to some long-standing business commitments outside the U.S.

What's another million bucks, Kanye? Just pay the man so you don't have to be interrupted while you are enjoying the French Rivera or wherever the hell your "business" is taking you?
