Pictures of a shattered glass object that was allegedly found on a concrete "sub roof" of Amanda Bynes' Manhattan apartment building have surfaced on the web, and we wanna know…

Are these the remains of the mysterious bong vase that Amanda now claims she did NOT drop out of her window when cops came a kn-kn-knockin' last Thursday evening?

Well, according to Mz. Bynes herself, the broken bong-like pieces were PLACED near her apartment AFTER the arrest to make it look like she was guilty of the reckless endangerment charge (dropping a heavy glass object out of window 30+ stories up from a pedestrian-stuffed pavement).

Here we go again!

Yesterday, Amanda Bynes tweeted about suing everyone including her parents, but she wasn’t done talking yet.

The troubled starlet took to her Twitter on Monday and continued her rant, saying:

“For once and for all, this is the last thing I'll say about the mistaken arrest. I'm suing NYPD for illegally entering my apartment, lying about drugs on me and lying about me tampering with non existent drug paraphernalia, then I'm suing for being put into a mental hospital against my will, then locked up overnight for coming home after a facial and working out with my trainer like the good girl that I am. I'm allergic to alcohol and drugs and don't partake in any of the above. I'm so offended by all of this but so proud to not be a drug or alcohol user. I don't need to talk about this anymore. My lawyer and I are taking this offense so seriously! Everything they did was against the law and The judge saw that there was no drugs on me or proof of any type of bong or mental illness (I was so offended to even be taken to a mental hospital and they would not let me call my lawyer until the next day after being in jail all night, then I went to court and was immediately released because the judge saw that I was wrongly arrested. The cops found no proof of any type of drug use or evidence of drug paraphernalia such as a bong in or around my apartment) I'm also suing my apartment complex for lying about me smoking in my building. I'm free forever! You can't lock up an innocent person! Thanks for caring!”

Sounds like a lot more of the same.

As for being drug and alcohol free, maybe that’s a new development because she’s been seen with weed quite a few times outside of her recent arrest.

At the end, Amanda gave some upbeat news, saying:

“Look forward to seeing me in music videos! I'm getting in shape and getting a nose job! I'm looking forward to a long and wonderful career as a singer/rapper!”

She already said that her first nose job gave her tons of confidence, so we’re wondering why she needs another one? Her’s looks great!

Hopefully this new singing career and clothing line will keep her busy and out of trouble.

WE know that MMA fighter Waylon Lowe shouldn't be embarrassed to take on a company that's allegedly done him dirty, but the MMA world is a pretty macho world — so it's nice to see him put that aside and risk his rep by suing a sex gel company for destroying his penis!

In the lawsuit, he claims a gel called Kama Sutra Pleasure Balm Prolonging Gel has prolonged his ejaculation indefinitely, and that instead of enhancing his experiences, he now can't ejaculate AT ALL.

Golfer Vijay Singh has been using deer antler spray to improve his game, but after the PGA Tour sued him for using the substance, he's now suing them for being reckless with how they exercised the Anti-Doping Program.

The suit states that the PGA Tour debunked Singh to "public humiliation and ridicule" for months.

And in a statement delivered by Vijay's lawyer, Peter Ginsberg, the golfer said:

Dr. Phil and his production company, Peteski Productions are suing Gawker Media and it's site Deadspin for airing an episode from his specal two part series, which featured an interview with hoaxer, Ronaiah Tuiasosopo, who claimed to be Te'o's girlfriend.

The suit was filed on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for Eastern District of Texas, and states that
