When Octo-Mom cancelled her random stripping gig performance - the world breathed a collective sigh of relief.

Except for the jilted stripping club whom she abandoned.

They're threatening legal action against her for canceling on them without written notice which was apparently a no-no according to their contract.

Octo-Mom originally cancelled on T's Lounge, which is in Florida, because one of its employees bad mouthed the adult star on a local television interview.

Here's what that bartender said:

"She must be a little crazy. Normal people don't have that many children."

That made Octo-Mom quite octo-pissed!

Here's what her rep's response was:

"[Octo-Mom] will not be appearing at this club in July or in the future. Nadya felt defamed and was in fear for her life to step into a club where they have already set a negative tone."

Our favorite woman with eight kids is dealing with way more serious issues than this, so we're guessing this particular lawsuit is probably way down on her list.

Let's hope this all gets worked out as painlessly as possible!

When one door shuts for Octo-Mom, another door opens.

The real life star is set for the celebrity pillow-fighting on June 23 in Broomall, Pa. She will be the main draw.

Here's what she said:

"I'm not sure who the girl is I'm pillow-fighting with, but I heard she has never been in the ring before. I've done this several times, and I am undefeated and will remain undefeated!"

Girl sounds confident, and who are we to disagree with her?

We just hope she's better at throwing the old pillow around then she is at doing her finances because we all know how that turned out.

Get ready Pennsylvania because this June the feathers will be flyin'!
