Tracy Morgan fell unconcious shortly after attending an awards ceremony at the Sundance Film Festival and it's kinda hard to NOT think drugs or alcohol were involved.

Well, if that thought crossed your mind after hearing the news, you'd actually be wrong! The actors rep claims he collapsed "from a combination of exhaustion and altitude…any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100% false."

A spokeswoman for Park City Medical Center is backing up that claim too and said no drugs or alcohol was found in Tracy’s system upon medical evaluation.

Eyewitness accounts, however, allege that "during the dinner Morgan seemed out of control, yelling and falling onto the ground." While those could be signs on intoxication, they could also just be signs of Tracy Morgan being Tracy Morgan. Ha!

Either way, we hope Tracy feels better soon and can enjoy the rest of the festival.

Oh no!

Tracy Morgan has been rushed to the hospital after collapsing at the Sundance Film Festival. He fell unconscious at an awards ceremony.

He seemed to be wrecked on alcohol during his speech while being honored at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards in Park City, Utah. He then left the building under escort, where he went unconscious outside — and an ambulance was immediately called.

We haven't heard from his rep yet, but we're really hoping he's okay.
