Well, at least something's going for him this week!

Jesse James may have just broken up with Kat Von D, but he's reportedly won solo custody of his daughter, Sunny, from ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, after a nasty, extended court battle between the two!

Uh-oh. Someone's in trouble.

Jesse James' ex-wife Janine Lindemulder was arrested outside of Austin, TX Saturday morning on a warrant for making harassing phone calls to Jesse.

Janine had three warrants out for her arrest for a series of "abusive" phone messages that Jesse says she left for him.

Jesse claims that Janine placed "chronic harassing telephone calls to all hours of the day and night." Since he's moved to Texas, Jesse says she's made over 300 calls that were "so harassing, abusive, and bad," he had to turn them over to the police.

Janine's attorney says that she made the calls "out of frustration because Jesse did not let her see or speak to her daughter for months."

She'll remain behind bars until at least Sunday.

Wow.

When will these two make decisions for the sake of their daughter and not for their own interests??

This is so incredibly mature! We give her a lot of credit for doing this!

Although Sandra Bullock has pretty much cut ex-husband Jesse James out of her life, she has reportedly agreed to spend the holidays with him - so she can also spend time with his three kids Chandler, Jesse Jr., and Sunny!

A source reveals:

“Sandra is making plans for a Christmas reunion for Louis and her former stepkids, so they can spend time together and bond. And she’s agreed to allow Jesse to come, as well…Sandra wants to make sure Louis grows up knowing Jesse’s children, so she is willing to put the past behind her for the sake of the kids. Sandra knows that having Jesse’s family in Louis’ life is good for him…so she’s opening her home and her heart to the children, inviting them to visit at Christmastime.”

Wow. It is so wonderful of her to still reach out to his children and remain a part of their lives!

It's obvious that she cares about them as though they're her own, and we can't commend her enough for trying to keep things happy and normal for their sake!

Well done, bb! We know that this can't be easy, but it will mean so much to those kids!

AGAIN?! These two are such a headache!

Jesse James's ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, only seems to be able to do two things - complain to the press about her ex-husband or file police reports against him!

And today, she's doing both!

Lindemulder claims that James has refused to allow her to pick up their poor daughter, Sunny, from school for the third week in a row, and has pressed charges against him for interfering with child custody.

She reveals:

“I filed the complaint after I turned up at the school and Jesse had gotten his nanny to take Sunny before I arrived. That was the third week in a row and he is being investigated for interfering with a child custody agreement – we intend to present the information the next time we are at court in California. She asked me why I hadn’t picked her up from school and I had to explain that they took her before I even arrived. I will try and be back at the school once again tomorrow (Friday) to pick her up. Jesse just doesn’t care that he is in breach of the terms and conditions laid down by the court but what more can I do here?”

Legally, the two have joint custody of Sunny.

It's so unfortunate that these two continue to focus on their selfish, immediate needs all in the name of their child's best interest, when what they're doing in reality is quite a bit of emotional damage to the poor girl.

We sincerely hope that they can BOTH really learn to let go of their BS and actually put Sunny first, so she doesn't grow up and resent her parents.

Jesse James' first ex wife, Janine Lindemulder, has filed legal documents against his second ex-wife, Sandra Bullock, for allegedly bad-mouthing Janine in front of her daughter, Sunny.

The story goes that Janine was in the car with Sunny recently when she told her kid it was wrong lie. Realizing the irony in that statement, her young daughter called her mother out on the spot, saying that she was the one who was the liar. Sunny then allegedly said, "Sandy said that you lied to the police and that's why you went to jail."

And with one sentence, the hairs on the back of Janine's neck went straight up and the gears in her head started to turn and she came up with a devious plan to not only get attention, but to pester someone who actually takes of her child some more.

Course, this isn't the first time that this has happened and perhaps Sandra is talking smack, but lets get real: hasn't she earned the right to be pissed off at these people? Maybe if Sunny was spending more time with her DADDY, she wouldn't overhear such things!

If he's looking for redemption, at least it looks like his daughters have given it to him.

Yesterday, Jesse James walked his two daughters, Chandler and Sunny, to their first day of school. The rotten proud papa uprooted his family and moved them to Austin just recently, so that they could live in close proximity to his ex, Sandra Bullock.

This is your time to make amends, Jesse! Get to it!

You deserve absolutely all of the grief you’re getting, Jesse James.

James is moving to Austin, Texas with his daughter Sunny, so she can be closer to her ex-stepmom Sandra Bullock, but James’s first ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, is also tagging along.

Former porn star Lindemulder has requested $9,000 a month in child support from James, but she’s only getting $2,000 per month from James. Well, that and James has to pay her $50,000 in attorney’s fees.

James’s first ex will get Sunny on weekends, including Friday afternoons after school.

We’re sorry that poor Sunny has to go through all of this, but once again, we are not sorry for you, James. We hope it gets even more painful for you, douchebag.

A judge has granted Sandra Bullock a three-year restraining order against a man who has been stalking her, including traveling cross-country to get to her, after being released from a mental hospital.

Earlier this year, the stalker, named Thomas James Weldon, traveled to Wyoming from a Tennessee mental hospital in an attempt to meet Sandra.

Luckily for her and her family, Weldon was ordered to stay away from Sandra, her son Louis, as well as ex-husband Jesse James and his children.

Sandra's attorney Ed McPherson says, "It's obvious that this fixation on her has not changed despite seven years in the hospital in Tennessee."

Seven years in a hospital and he was still obsessed with Sandra??

Terrifying!

He should be behind bars!
