A judge has granted Sandra Bullock a three-year restraining order against a man who has been stalking her, including traveling cross-country to get to her, after being released from a mental hospital.

Earlier this year, the stalker, named Thomas James Weldon, traveled to Wyoming from a Tennessee mental hospital in an attempt to meet Sandra.

Luckily for her and her family, Weldon was ordered to stay away from Sandra, her son Louis, as well as ex-husband Jesse James and his children.

Sandra's attorney Ed McPherson says, "It's obvious that this fixation on her has not changed despite seven years in the hospital in Tennessee."

Seven years in a hospital and he was still obsessed with Sandra??

Terrifying!

He should be behind bars!

Guess the judge had to pick the lesser of two evils this time around.

The vicious custody battle between douchebag Jesse James and psychopath Janine Lindemulder over their daughter, Sunny, ended this afternoon when the judge ruled that although they would have joint legal custody, Jesse would have the physical custody, and therefore would be allowed to take her with him to Texas to try and manipulate Sandra Bullock back into his life!

Janine, devastated by the ruling, apparently broke down into sobs and screamed that she would move as well!

Oh, great!

Poor Sandra is going to have not only put up with her ex, but now her ex's mentally unstable, pornstar ex?!

So sad for that poor child. Our heart truly breaks for her.

Crazy!

Jesse James' ex-wife Janine Lindemulder and her mother Jonlyn have been sending James' sister Julie a series of threatening emails in the past few weeks!

Julie says she received one from Jonlyn that read:

"You and your shitbag brother needs to back off my daughter and granddaughter if you both know what's best for you."

And one from Janine read:

"All this sh*t you are causing with your brother julie, isn't going to turn out well."

Janine and Julie used to be pals, but they drifted apart once Janine began abusing drugs. Julie isn't filing a police report, but she has given the emails to Jesse's attorney.

Good! With behavior like that she shouldn't be taking care of Sunny!

Jesse James' ex Janine Lindemulder is now claiming that Sandra Bullock never cared for her daughter Sunny. And even says that Jesse James doesn't want to have a relationship with his own daughter and can even prove that he moved to Austin, TX, where Sandra lives, for his own selfish reasons.

She recently filed court papers insisting that Jesse had "reasons" to move to Austin with Sunny that were "wholly unjustified" even though he originally claimed that he was moving his kids to Texas "so his children could continue their relationship with Sandra Bullock."

In the documents, the deadbeat mom adds, "Certainly if that relationship were that important to Sandra, she would have stayed in California — where all of [Jesse's] children lived" and wants that Jesse "not be allowed to move to Texas with Sunny."

She should be so lucky that her daughter has someone like Sandra in her life! We're sure she was a better mother to her than Janine ever was!

Jesse James' ex-wife Janine Lindemulder reportedly complained in e-mails to Jesse's sister Julie James England that daughter Sunny loves stepmother Sandra Bullock more than her!

She wrote:

"All Sunny talks about is Sandy, Sandy! WTF? I am so depressed, Sun is suffering, I can't even find the energy to play with her. It's 9:30 and I don't even know what she ate today. Not being awake makes everything better!"

Yikes!

She also admitted to using drugs and having sex for money in the e-mails dated from 2008-2009.

Poor, Sunny! We think she should just go live with Sandy!

Due to the messy custody battle over their daughter Sunny, Jesse James' ex Janine Lindemulder fears for her safety.

She believes that Jesse is trying to sabotage her attempt at gaining custody. She also claims that he is trying to take Sunny to Austin.

Lindemulder said:

“This guy won’t stop until he drives me into the ground. I went to an Orange County police station to voice my concerns because I believe he wants to try and spoil my food or spike my drinks so that I have a dirty [drug] test.

I’ve been told he might use a mutual female friend to try and trick me- this guy will stop at nothing to get his way.

The police told me that they need more evidence but at least now if something happens to me they have been warned – I’m sick of Jesse’s bull—-.

What is the point of me going to Texas because they don’t want me to be involved in co-parenting Sunny. Jesse’s lawyer recently sent my lawyer a letter claiming that I was not feeding our daughter during her visits with me.

Apparently Sunny is now a vegetarian after living with Jesse and Sandra but nobody told me and I was feeding her chicken strips and burgers -just normal stuff for kids.

They also accused me of not putting enough sun block on Sunny. It just never stops, he is trying to find any excuse to say I’m an unfit parent. This is the latest attempt to sabotage my custody bid- this is all about what Jesse wants, nothing else.

I have passed every drugs test that I have been asked to take and this will continue because I am clean. I’m determined to fight for my rights to see Sunny because she is my daughter and nobody can change that.

“Things are getting pretty heated ahead of our court case and I am in fear of this man because I know what he is capable of- that’s why I went to the police.”

Jesse allegedly got Janine's ex husband Jeremy Aikman to write a letter to the court saying that she was an unfit mother. Jeremy eventually took back the claims saying the Jesse convinced him to do it.

It seems she can't catch a break. Sad.

He really must think he still has a chance with Sandra Bullock!

According to Jesse James' attorney John Schilling, the biker has decided to move to Austin permanently so that he can "handle business matters and other personal matters."

And with Jesse's ex-wife Janine Lindemulder keeping her visitation rights with their daughter Sunny, Schilling says that Janine might have to move to Austin too since "he wants her to have a relationship with Sunny" and this is the only way to "work things out."

Poor Sandy! Can't she get away from her scumbag husband and his shadier ex???
