She's really putting those last paychecks from MTV to good use.

In an interview with the UK's Mirror, former Hills hottie Audrina Patridge revealed that she just unloaded $5,000 on a Chanel surfboard.

Yes, she bought one of these.

And here's the kicker — she doesn't even use it to surf!

Ceiling Eyes added "I’m using it as décor in my bedroom until I get really good at surfing. It’s too pretty to risk chipping it."

At least it's getting some sort of use. Kind of.

David Beckham’s boys are all about Justin Bieber!

While at yesterday’s Teen Choice Awards, Beckham spoke about his boys’ love for the Biebs:

“Seeing him perform and seeing, you know, the performance he put on — they love him.”

The Beckham boys may not have gotten a chance to see J-Biebs at the Teen Choice Awards, but they did get a chance to see their dad win the Choice Athlete award.

Here’s what Beckham had to say about his win:

“Three times I’ve won it now. So each of my boys have got a surfboard. So, I’m happy.”

Yeah David, surfboards are cool, but can they go platinum within two months of their release? Can they sing and teach themselves to play several instruments?

Didn’t think so.

Apparently, luxe designers are finding new ways to help boost sales and they've found their niche - surfboards.

Both Marc Jacobs and Chanel have designed surfboards currently being sold in their stores with Chanel launching an entire sports collection earlier this year.

We're loving that Chanel kept their boards simple and classy.
