The Miami Zombie Attack Was Caught On Surveillance Cameras!

Filed under: Icky Icky PooLegal Matters

It's hard to believe something like this is real, even with visual proof.

As we've reported, a man named Rudy Eugene was shot dead by authorities when he was was discovered chewing the flesh off of homeless man Ronald Poppo this past weekend. It turns out that The Miami Herald captured the horrific 18-minute attack on a surveillance camera!

WARNING: While this is not close-up footage, and therefore, not visually explicit nor graphic, it is still EXTREMELY HORRIFIC and DISTURBING, and we urge viewers to take that into serious consideration before choosing whether or not to click play.

Click (above) to view a condensed version, in which you can see Eugene stripping Poppo of his clothes, the cyclist who called the police, and then the authorities shooting him down.

Just so unbelievable.

Second Male Masseuse's Email 'Evidence' Doesn't Mention John Travolta!

John Travolta not mentioned in plaintiffs email evidence

These lawsuits seem to be falling apart faster every day. John Travolta's first accuser screwed up one too many details in his story so his case is being dismissed and the second accuser's may not last much longer either!

First we heard the anonymous male masseuse from Atlanta had all types of evidence including emails to and from his superiors regarding the sexual harassment, witnesses, AND surveillance footage.

Now it sounds like John Doe #2 and his lawyer may have blown those deets WAY out of proportion. Sources have gotten ahold of those supposedly damning emails and they make NO MENTION of Travolta!

In one email sent to his

Whitney Houston's Family Wants To Know Who Leaked Photos From Her Death Scene

Filed under: Legal MattersR.I.P.Whitney HoustonSad Sad

Good. The people behind this travesty should be found and held accountable.

Whitney Houston's family, and in particular mother Cissy, are so distraught over the published photographs of the iconic singer's body in a bag on a gurney being taken out of the Beverly Hilton Hotel, where she died on February 11th, that they've asked law enforcement to look into finding the parties held accountable!

Apparently, despite the entire area being on lockdown and secured by the Beverly Hills Police Department, there is a surveillance video from the hallway which depicts a person photographing Houston in the body bag, and the family has asked for an investigation into their identity!

A source explains:

"They need and deserve to know who took the pictures, and if the person profited from it. The hotel employees that talked to the media were fired because they violated hotel policy. They weren't high level employees, but the hotel didn't want anyone to talk about Whitney's tragic death. Whitney's sister-in-law, Pat, spoke with cops that night when she died and with members of the coroner staff. They told her they were going to ensure that no one was going to take a picture of her body on the gurney. The family was so and continues to be so grateful to the Beverly Hills Police Department for everything they have done and the professionalism they have exhibited during the aftermath of Whitney's death. It was naturally heartbreaking to the family when the photo was published, but they trust that the person who took it will ultimately be held accountable."

Well, since the person in question was caught on camera, hopefully it will be easy for the matter to be looked into, and ultimately resolved.

We sincerely hope Whitney's family can continue to grieve and heal as they move past this tremendous loss.

You're all in our thoughts.

Two Men Linked To Murder Of DJ Megatron Arrested

two-men-linked-to-murder-of-dj-megatron-arrested

Such a tragedy.

Two men in connection with the fatal shooting of radio DJ Megatron have been arrested, and were taken into custody this morning. According to authorities, 20-year-old Richard Cromwell and 21-year-old William Williams were believed to have been stalking Megatron for a block in a robbery gone bad. They later confessed to shooting the radio personality and stealing his watch, and surveillance footage from the scene confirmed this to be true.

However, they've now pled not guilty to charges of robbery, murder and criminal possession of a weapon, and a lawyer for Williams has denied they confessed.

Shady, and truly terrible.

It's pretty clear what happened, and we hope the parties responsible for this crime will get what they deserve.

Our thoughts go out to his friends, family and loved ones.

Jewelry Store Screwed On The Sale Of Lindsay's Surveillance Tape

Serves them right for getting so money hungry!

If you haven't heard, the jewelry store in Venice that Lindsay Lohan allegedly stole a necklace from put the surveillance tape from that fateful day online so that people could pay $2.99 a pop to watch.

Oh yeah, they thought they would be raking in the $$$ from this, but it turns out, Lindsay hasn't been as profitable for them as they planned.

Sources reveal that owners of Kamofie & Company "got a raw deal" and haven't seen any of the profits from the sale of this tape yet. The source adds that the owners feel like they've been played and are currently having their contracts reviewed by lawyers to see why that is.

Let's be frank - you're not getting scammed. It's just that no one is buying what you are selling!!! This is OLD news and BORING news if you can't actually see Lindsay stealing anything. What, you think people are going to piss their money away on this?!

Times are tough….and there is NOTHING TO SEE!!!

Michael Jackson Surveillance Footage Erased By The LAPD

michael-jackson-surveillance-footage-erased.jpg

This is crazy.

Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyers will be going to court on Wednesday to ask the judge to order the LAPD to turn over all the surveillance videos that showed who was going in and out of Michael Jackson's home on the day he died.

The problem is only 4 minutes of footage was copied by the LAPD. The rest of it was erased.

Oh geez…

The LAPD says that they grabbed the footage to get a timeline of when MJ entered his home before he died. Since they didn't know that his case would turn into a homicide investigation, the rest was erased.

In fact, the police apparently never even looked at the rest of the surveillance videos so no one knows who entered his home on the day he died.

Wow. That seems pretty careless. And also, a little bit shady…

Guess Conrad Murray's defense has been hit with another blow.
